A Baby loved them initially since they were bright, colorful, and made a loud noise. When the wood handle came loose, the bells came out of them (with the screws attached) and baby was putting them into Children should not eat this. Choking hazard! Don't neglect the safety of your family. Children under 100% supervision would not even be allowed to buy it. It is simply not worth the risk of an accident. Tossed them in the trash.
My granddaughter was given this as a gift when she was 1 years old. Jingling the bells was one of her favorite things to do. I retrieved it from her mouth and one of the bells fell apart. Inside was a small white ball. She put it on her mouth, and one of the bells came apart. To be given to children under the age of two, requires close supervision. This is not something I would recommend. She loved the sound and the jingle, but now she can't have them.
It is a sad day for me that these bells are no longer working because several screws that hold them on are back discovered it after removing one of the detached bells from my child's hand. After checking, I noticed that many of the screws were in poor condition. I wouldn't recommend this for children under 6 years old!.
I got these for my 1 year old and my 3 year old for Christmas, and both of them loved them. Those colorful bells make a jingle sound that is so fun to hear, but two of the bells have come off, along with the small screw that held them on. With a child around, it can be frightening to see something like that on the ground! This is not a game for children under the age of 6, even though they are the perfect age! It is better to secure the screws with glue and screw them. It would be nice if they stayed, since my girls enjoy them very much!.
A baby should not be exposed to this. I love the sound. It's soothing and good. A baby cannot safely be in this area. There is a risk of tongues being cut or coming off bells. Keep child under your supervision at all times.
These bells are perfect for young children. I gave them to my grand daughter as I lived in a different state, and since you could borrow a pair from me, I gave her one. They are the games we play when we face time together.
The purchase was made for an infant of 12 months. Though the toy is too young for her, she loved playing with it. Until she is old enough to handle it, she'll be put away.
