The answer is yes. As far as I know, you can't upload two different files at the same time when placing an Although I am not sure, I believe you can. I ordered a mic flag with an image of my channel and the title of my YouTube channel on it. I asked for the image to be in 4k quality and the channel name to be the same as My promise was that it would be delivered by 5 May On the eighth. The package was not delivered at that time.
