The udu looks like it is made of metal, but it is actually made of wood? Do you hand make the product or do you use a machine?

I suspect that it was manufactured by a machine. The UDU I have without the skin is a very good As well as their cajon I have one of them and I think the quality control is excellent.

Sound quality is good both in acoustic and amplified forms

XENYX 1002B and Roland Cube Street are ideal for the deep resonant projection. When I need to boost projection I use two sE7 microphones. In cases where the environment is not secure, I use a Valter Aludu for additional security.

Nice packaging allowed it to arrive safely

There is an advantage to being able to hear both tone and volume. I can't believe what a great drum this is for the price - it arrived safely and well-packaged. The sonics and volume of these UDUs is superior to that of some other commercial UDUs. I hate it when things break I would order one more right now.
