You've got This snare feels as if it is an expensive snare, you can tune it according to what you want it to sound like, and it feels really solid and not at all cheaply built

If you tune it to that sound, it comes with a Remo head that can produce that cracking sound. The pitch on mine is very low, and it feels like it will hold up well. There is no way you are wasting your money! Yet it still exists!.
