In this case, Hookers are our favorite tool when we want to keep our fingers out of the mouths of large fish. There is enough length to keep your fingers out of the mouths of the large animals. It is not sure how well it will work for sharks over 12 feet but should work for sharks under 12 feet. When I get a big cat in the boat, I reach for the Baker Max "T" hook - I have a smaller one that I carry in my pocket that works well for small fish. There you go. With a quick turn of the circle hook, the hook will pop.

If you have ever gut hooked a fish, you know how difficult it is to remove the hook without harming it

This product solves the problem. When you fish in a tournament, that is a very important factor. The tool does what it is supposed to do. This extra long size is ideal for smaller fish, as it gives incredible leverage when fishing with I really like this product and it is.

The hookout is sturdy and easy to install Handled by one hand

A well-designed product that allows you to secure the fish with one hand while using the other to keep it at bay. With the added length, this is perfect for dealing with toothy pike. However, I wish it came with a lanyard, I will sew one with paracord so it won't end up in the bottom of a lake like my pliers did.
