Questions & Answers
My set came with three, so I'm not sure.
It fits perfectly; I also used a 6" table, which works perfectly for me.
This, on the other hand, is without a doubt the best Facade available! Instead of using uplights, place an LED bar behind it.
Selected User Reviews For ProX XF-4X3048 DJ FACADE 4x Black Collapse and Go Facade Panels with Carry Bag, Black & White Scrims
Overall: The quality of the construction and design is satisfactory. The price is excessively high for what it is. Only buy it if you need a light-weight facade badly. The Pros: br>br>The Pros: br>br>The Pros: br>b
1. It includes black and white scrims, which is an extremely useful feature. You can change the color and appearance of your facade at any time.
2. Scims are of good quality, not cheap or thin.
3. The facade frame is made up of two parts (2 panels frames per side), which are connected by a spring lock mechanism. It is simple to put together and can be done by one person.
4. The Velcro is sufficient and durable.
5. The scrims are cut and designed to stretch perfectly during installation. If properly installed, there are no visible wrinkles due to the high quality of the scrim material.
6. The storage bag is well-made and of good quality. However, fitting the frames in is a bit of a challenge.
7. The shipment is well-protected and well-packaged. The Drawbacks: br>br>
1. I can see paint fade/chip at a corner of a frame, indicating that the manufacturer's quality control is probably not the best.
2. The frame's paint may not withstand heavy use, as I discovered scratches on the frame just setting it up for testing purposes. The layer of paint appears to be quite thin.
3. Because the storage bag is so small, it's difficult to pack up quickly.
4. One of the two foldable frames has a loose item inside it. It could be a screw or a small piece of loose metal. However, there are no missing screws that I can see. However, unless I tear them out, I won't be able to see behind the built-in Velcro. Although it is inconvenient, the problem has no effect on the device's functionality.
5. It is only recommended for indoor use due to its light weight and inability to withstand wind in outdoor settings.
6. Because there is a large gap where the two panel frames connect, you can't hide anything behind the facade; anything behind the facade will be visible.
7. To avoid scratches on the bottom, it is strongly advised that you use your feet. However, if these small metal feet are lost, replacement parts must be found. I don't know if they're even available.
8. Everyone who works with scrims knows that they don't last forever and will eventually need to be replaced. Of course, if I need to replace them, they could be expensive and difficult to find.
8. The cost of the facade is high. The four-paneled floor-plan is standard. The cost of a heavy-duty facade mat is approximately $150-$200. It's rated at 170 degrees Fahrenheit and can be used both indoors and out for many years. A great light weight solution for indoors can be had for almost double the price, but it is not the best solution for outdoors.
9. In comparison to the traditional foldable heavy duty facade, which essentially requires no setup, this will increase the setup time and risks of missing/broken parts or potential errors with all of the parts (frames, feets, and scrims). Will I recommend it? br>br> Yes, but only if buyers prioritize portability over sturdiness, ease of use, and setup time, as well as durability and overall quality.
This facade is fantastic! It matches my DJ setup perfectly and is extremely light. Cases were available with both white and black panels. It fits perfectly in the bag and is simple to put together and take apart. It's extremely durable and an absolute must-have for any DJ!.
Much lighter than my previous facade, and much easier to erect and dismantle.
It has a nice appearance and a solid feel to it. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it has to be disassembled into two pieces before it can be folded back into the bag.
In front of it, I used two Chauvet Swarm Wash FXs. Facade is one of my favorites. It has a lot of light behind it, which makes it look really good. It's a breeze to carry! I considered putting an inlay in front of it, but I really like how the lights look now.
It's a nice unit, but keep in mind that the carrying case is quite large! As a result, make sure there's enough room in your car for this bag.
I haven't used it yet; I only set it up for a few minutes, but it appears to be straightforward to put together.
