It will be impossible for me to purchase anything from this seller again, but Amazon's customer service is excellent. You can always rely on them to resolve your problems. As stated by the OP I am still impressed with how cool Z feels, though its quality feels cheap. Because the case material is porous, it quickly stains, and you'll ruin it in no time. You still don't seem to care about me. This is one of my favorite posts.
