Elektron, so this is a big deal for me. The tank-like construction makes it perfect for battle I think the case, the buttons, and the knobs should be able to withstand much more abuse than I will pay for. This sampler won my attention because of the parameter lock and trigger condition features - they really catch my attention at a price like this! From listening to the samples, I can tell that the quality of the sound is very good. The reason for this is because Even if you do the same sequence on a step-by-step basis, you can add probability percentages, ratios, and if/then qualifiers, allowing you to make it sound (potentially) different every time. That's pretty neat, and that's very cool! In this context, I would like to raise the following cautions Despite being one of the Elecktron instruments that is supposedly easier to learn, it still has a fairly steep learning curve compared to something like the Korg Electribe sampler, My understanding of the workflow did begin to make more sense as I practiced and studied, and the device began to feel like a musical instrument to me after a lot of study and reading, as well as That said, I love my Digitakt device. I add the following to the report Seeing Elecktron's workflow for the first time has been an eye-opening experience (some might Since Elecktron displays things (screen navigation, knob layout) pretty consistently from one instrument to the next, I was able to put my analytical skills to use on an Analog Four Mk II I had the opportunity to work with. I like it!.
To me, it was the perfect combination of hands-on tactile handling of samples, rhythm composition with deep sequencing. Also, the overbridge 2 beta (the software to integrate with a DAW) was a really nice surprise. It is free it works perfectly with FL Studio, and it gives you the ability to sample anything your computer can play back. That's also an incredible sound, so that helps a lot.
Basically, it's a pretty dope machine. I was up in the air between this and the MPC Live, but I am not remorseful for my choice. I have my first ELEKTRO machine, which I know will be followed by many more. We now move on to Digitone. It's just a matter of buying After all the familiarization I did by reading tutorials and watching videos, I'm beginning to feel like I'm getting to know this machine on a deeper level. What a polyrhythm, parameter locking slice of heaven!.
It was going to be My circuit had too many shortcomings to keep it, so I sold it and bought a Digitakt instead. Its parameter locks and trigger mechanisms allow it to become a versatile sound generator. Simple sound bars can become ever-changing Despite the fact that the Digitakt isn't a synthesizer, I use it almost Make samples of all your favorite synth sounds and then you can manipulate the sound in a variety of ways once loaded onto the Digitakt. As well as being very easy, it is also very fast. I really like the Digitakt, and I plan to buy a Digitone as soon as I can.
There's no way that it can be as good as everyone says. You've got to believe in Despite the price tag, I feel like it is worth it. It encourages the user to experiment. Although it was released a while back, I still consider it a worthwhile purchase in this year of A deeper dive is just around the corner.
Does it get any better than this?.
My Berklee College EPD Graduate loved it. The value was amazing, and the delivery was quick and efficient. His opinion of the quality is far above the rest.
