The photo shows a C* mouthpiece, but since Amazon is the seller, I'd be hesitant to purchase it without first confirming this with them. C and C** facings are also available. However, I'm confident that if you do receive it, they will allow you to return it if it isn't exactly as shown. (Just don't rip the inner packaging open.) ) I hope this information is useful.

Mouthpiece in the traditional style

I play bari in a sax quartet with a diverse repertoire of music styles on the playlist. The mouthpiece is best suited for classical music in my opinion, but I am happy with the response and sound I can get with it when playing just about anything. The mouthpiece is excellent all-around. This is the mouthpiece to get if you only have money for one.

My son, who plays bari sax, requested this, so I got it. He wanted to step it up now that he was in college, so I ordered this mouthpiece for him. It appeals to him greatly. He claims to have improved his sound 100%
