Thanks for visiting. The pieces in the kit are most likely not silk, as I'm pretty sure none of them are. They are also very soft and gentle on the strings, if that helps. In fact, the bigger swab used for the saxophone bell is vastly larger than the smaller swabs, but it does a good job. A similar procedure can be done for the swab that would be used on the saxophone neck. The algorithms work flawlessly on all of them. I hope your day goes well!

This kit will be your best option if your child is learning to play the clarinet, saxophone, flute, or similar woodwinds. If you are unsure if your child will continue playing the instrument, then this kit will not disappoint you. This is a high-level horn that is a great value for the price. The following are the reasons why it shouldn't be used. The swab cleans the inside of the horn nicely it can be used over and over again. Brushes are durable and easy to use to clean the chamber of the mouthpiece In addition, all the tools come in a compact carrying case so you will not have all the brushes and cloths jumbled up with your neck straps, reeds, etc. A must have for today's busy student!.
The pull strings that are attached to the neck and body cleaner (especially the sax body cleaner) are too thin and light. I had a lot of trouble getting the pull string out of the top of the saxophone. It's unnecessary to have a long tail, either. As a result, I detached the pull-string and attached a thicker, heavier string from an older, worn out cleaning tool that I removed from the cleaning.
downside of it is that it's for multiple instruments, so you can't use it for a saxophone because the largest cleaners are for cellos and pianos. Furthermore, I have not had much success using the brush. Nevertheless, the bristles are sharp, so if you get anything stuck in your clarinet, you can use the brush to extract it.
