This sax cleaning kit is suitable for a wide range of woodwind instruments, including alto, tenor, clarinet, soprano, and flute.

It's a square-shaped swab with a circular absorbent type material attached, as well as a piece of string with a small weight on the end, which you can pull in until it starts to come out of the neck opening, then grab the other rope and pull it back in. Clean, well-made absorbent chamois material should travel smoothly through your saxophone without snagging or scratching. Do a back-and-forth motion a few times to really dry out your saxophone.

Survival Kit for Saxophone This kit is ideal for both alto and soprano saxophones, which I own

The large swab is great for alto or tenor saxophones, though it can be a tight fit for my soprano, and there are several polishing cloths for shining up the outside of the instrument. Both of my mouthpieces benefit from the use of the mouthpiece scrubber.

It's a good product, and having two laces on both ends is very convenient

After a few passes inside the instrument, the keys won't stick as much as they used to, so go slowly and adjust the cloth as you go. Obviously, the narrow section is the first to be entered.
