Yes, I agree. Because the powerstage 170 is a power amplifier, you will probably want to use the Black Truck's built-in EQ with it (but it does not have to be used). If you run the Black Truck directly through the FX loop of an amplifier with a two cable setup it would be the same as using a direct FX loop.
Yes, I agree. It is an issue that not all settings are As such, if you wanted tremolo on setting #4, you'd need to make sure the button was in the tremolo setting and not the phaser or flanger setting.
The Chugland is super heavy!! As well as the distortion, you can tweak what type of metal you hit. The guitar part is probably too heavy for 1980s glam metal
Using that method hasn't turned out to be problematic.

It is a great piece of equipment to have a truck like this. A new one came in as soon as it was available. As I haven't used it in front of an amp yet, I have tried to use the headphone and line out jacks That is what led me to write this review. It was purchased so I can use headphones or line out speakers in a car. The negatives are as follows Please note that the charger you should be using is a 9V - Because most plugs are 9V - 100MA to 300MA, you won't need the "brick" power supply on your pedal board. The initial light up may last for a few seconds, but it will shut down immediately. A 9 V battery connected to an adapter will run it for a period of time, as shown in the There are many pedal power 'cable' plugs that come with a daisy chain. These are typically 9V - 1A power supplies. The second thing to note is the headphone/line out jack. With headphones, you will easily over distort the signal. The amount of gain you need to get down if you want to use headphones is too much and you won't be able to listen to it very loud unless you have a high quality audio device An excellent pair of headphones that responds well to bass sounds. Third, there is nothing special about the compressor in the line out/headphone part. It can be one of the essential elements that influences distortion. Also, I don't use compressors very often anyway, so it could also be attributed to this. Those who are using it might find it works fine. Finally, here are the good parts It's quite good how the overdrive sounds. The usual suspect is tube screamer and it's located there. *****The high gain section of the track is quite good, but you don't see much more gain once you pass about 3 o'clock however, you are now entering a more saturated and sustained zone. EQ is pretty good in this section. There is a switch that can be used to set it up for either pre or post-planning Place the amp in the right position. In this manner, if you are using the cable method, the effects are either passed through the signal going to the amp or through the effects loop. Moreover, it makes a noticeable difference when going out post.
The modulation section is also To be honest, Tremolo has always been a throwaway effect for me. I wish they would have replaced it with a Chorus Tremolo is a Blues effect. Most Rock players do not use it, I think that is a big deficiency. I think that it is a big oversight on the designer's part. MOOER, it's not too late to get this up and running again. In a multi-effects unit, phasers and flarens are both very good and are a good combo to have. The time section will be described as follows When it comes to rock, I have never really been a fan of reverb -- it always seems muddy to me, I think delay is better. Overall, though, the reverb works as it should, and for how it is combined with delay, it is not bad. There's no real difference between the delay itself and a separate pedal other than that you can make all the adjustments. There is not much to complain about this PC, apart from the metal case, the buttons that click firmly, and the knobs that Everything seems to be going well so far. A great unit that can also function on a board as a standalone product. The gain is really good and falls into the hard rock/metal category
Drop the tremolo for a chorus, and this unit is a 5 star product.
A "Key" has not been found. The new Fender Deluxe Reverb amp I bought today arrived from Amazon yesterday, so I have been anxious to connect it. The effect sounds fantastic, and I look forward to testing it out! There was nothing in the ad on here that mentioned you must buy the power supply separately. It was a pity that the black truck wasn't equipped with the "KEYS" (Power supply cord). The lack of power cord on this pedal caused me to be a bit disappointed, since I would have ordered it when ordering the pedal if I knew it didn't include one. There are now 5 more days until I get the package It takes 7 days for the proper power cord to arrive. SO BEWARE OF Buyers! You will also need a power supply unit.
The unit looks well built and should last for a long time, and the effects are exactly what I've been looking Although I am not a professional musician, I have a growing collection of guitars and I am improving in my abilities. Now that everything's clicking, I am able to pick up a guitar and play well. It seemed as if something was missing when I plugged my amp into the wall. In the past, I have tried a variety of pedals and combinations from afford a board to Boss and Strymon, but I still do not know what I'm All in Wonder is easy to use but features enough flexibility to allow you to After I added a little compressor for enhancing sustain, a tiny bit of overdrive boost, a little flanger/chorus, and some delay and light reverb, the sound came together. The tone I was looking for I have replicated on my pedal board mostly made up of Boss pedals What I needed was a black truck, which I'll keep even though I don't know why it took me so long to find The Roland Jazz Chorus Amp has stereo returns, so I have it set up with a 5-cable method (actually it's a 5-cable method). Black trucks are excellent educational tools, and I think the black truck was the best. The DI function has not yet been tested. However, it is likely to perform admirably when it is tested. Thanks for suggesting it to me, I'm very happy I got one, and if you're also looking for sounds your favorite artists make, this is a good place to start. You may not make it to the big stage, but you'll have fun in the process and won't waste all your practice time playing with the Although I feel this thing has a mild buzz when I use distortion with my SSSS strat, almost none when I use distortion with my HH LP. There was no buzz with an acoustic with distortion and no gate enabled of I got within a foot of the amp. Anyhow, I just want to be honest in this.
This is what I am looking for. I like the dials and buttons that give me easy access to the effects I like -- I place this on a stand of some sort at about waist height and off to one side, and I use it for reverb, flanger, EQ, compression, and boost. NO SUBMENUS, relatively compact (fits in my guitar case). Even a 2-minute tweek enables me to get better results Listen to the song on.
The effects are great, but there are one or two tiny dark spots Unless you have a flashlight and magnifying glass, it is impossible to read colored font.
I find this pedal to be outstanding. In addition to the excellent sound quality, the combination of effects is really perfect. Mooer has made a name for itself as a cutting-edge device with its amp emulated headphone out, stereo outputs, and effects loop Manufacturing pedals for cutting edge gear.
I was shocked and disappointed at first, and I was regretting my purchase, but I then spent about four hours modeling the tone, and ended up with an even better result. I am amazed at how much I have gained. Extreme metal fans will love this. Only problem is, the gate can't handle the noise when the gain is high and the overdrive is on, and there is no threshold controller to control the noise. There is a solution to that problem using Boss ns2 The loop could be extended with a new gate.
I think this unit is really cool. Sound quality is great, power is small, and it is powerful.
