As a first time user, all I can say is that it works fine. I like how durable it is and how much it helps me play. do not slump over nearly as much as I used to. The longer I sit up straight, the longer I can play.

Long sessions are made more comfortable with this. When moved around, it does a great job, especially considering its price. If being picky, I would suggest some sort of locking mechanism to keep it in place when it is moved.

Okay, I don't know if it was me or the construction, but I applied a little pressure when adjusting how I sat when practicing guitar. I spent about 20 minutes bending the piece. A couple stars were taken away from it because it could be stronger or designed a bit.
