Nevertheless, my only complain is that it is very nice. On my carpeted floor, I have found this foot rest to be very stable, as well as very comfortable with Only one complaint I have regarding that setting is that it is too high, as others have said. A second pillow was added to my chair in order to compensate for this. To test this before ordering this, test using something else at the To make sure you'll be able to reach it, it is 7" tall. There is just no way for them to sell products lower than that, as their product description clearly says. It would have been better for me if the size was 7" instead of 4". Using this, I practice electric guitar in the classical position (sitting on the left leg with the guitar on my left arm).

I use this footrest for barefoot exercises daily, it is made of plastic and does not care if you wear shoes, I find it quite sturdy and good value for money compared to other footrests.
