These have the same quality as Fender, but at a more reasonable price. I've used them on a 69' thinline and a custom guitar Those are the best saddles in my opinion, and I wish they were standard on every frame.
I have to agree that these work well, are attractive, and will fit the ashtray style tele bridge (4 screws). My original saddles enabled me to achieve 90% perfect intonation these saddles manage to achieve 95%, which is not perfect, but significantly Create a notch on the saddle for each string if you have any luthier skills. Strings will no longer "slip" on the saddle when the saddle is adjusted. It's not often, but when you dance off an amp stack while playing a power-down strum at the end of a song, it really makes a difference.
Thanks for the tip. The original barrel saddles on this reissue telecaster were replaced. As they are a little wider and a little smaller in diameter, but I was able to set them up well, and they have an equivalent sustain to the originals, with much closer intonation.
I love it!.
This is a good company. It is impossible to get perfect intonation with a three-note instrument They don't get you as close as the saddle bridge but they are.
A huge difference was made thanks to these things! On my tele build, I have a difference. This is a highly recommended book.
