Questions & Answers
You've got a very good question there. It is actually not my area of expertise, but I am able to advise you to make absolutely certain that the saddle is right for you before you purchase it. The ones I bought were the wrong kind. To get the right saddles for your guitar, I believe that you need to measure carefully the saddles on your guitar and then send this information to the seller. The threads need to be rethreaded *br> because they are very fragile and may break if you don't do it correctly.

I have never played with one before so it is cracked, but I don't notice any improvement in sustain, and I don't usually break strings, so I will not be This is not something I would.
On all my guitars, I use Callaham bridges. They mellowed out the tone and also made the strings seem more even in volume. Since the bridge is quite a bit brighter than the crap zinc that comes stock on every Les Paul guitar, these helped. I inserted the screw with a small vice or vice grip, since the holes did not allow me to push the saddle into the hole. As well as running a tap through the threads they also ended up fitting perfectly since quite a bit of shavings were removed. The screw should not be forced through, you will regret it if you do that. Apart from that, they sound excellent and are well worth the price.
