3/5

It was purchased as a gift for a US citizen The 2002 Fender Highway One Stratocaster features vintage styling and is made with sturdy hardwood construction This style is a 2-style String mounting distance at the bridge is 3/16" (distance between low E and high E strings). Although these bridge saddles are indeed for the correct spacing, I noticed a few differences between them and the original saddles that came with To compare the replacement (top) and my original (bottom), I have included some pictures. It is the same thing - they are both nickels Plated steel is being replaced with a thinner gauge of steel The result of the substitution is "046" vs. . This is "052"). Their respective ages range between 0 and 1. The original is 430 inches wide, but the resized image is 0 inches wide. The length is 885" and the width is As opposed to the old one being 225" tall. A distance of 800" and a width of 15". The string rests on a ridge that is 205" tall (measured from the flat bottom to the top of the ridge). Fender is in fact stamped twice on each saddle in reverse directions, but the font on the original saddles is much larger. The top of half of them is also most noticeably duller than the top of any of the other three, possibly indicative of uneven nickel plating The plating process. I see the thin gauge as the only thing that might affect the performance beyond aesthetics, which is the fact that the sound might be more pronounced, no matter how thin they are. The threads might strip a little more easily because they are a little different. As such, the quality of these replacements seems to have degraded from that of the originals, despite being working perfectly. Due to this reason and since I realized that I will only need to replace a couple of my intonation screws and not the saddles themselves, I will probably return them.

The screws for the intonation are nickel-plated The plating is 4 A pan that measures 40 x 5/8" - Machine screws with hexagonal heads This is sold separately as a set of 12 You can purchase a pack from Amazon and Fender's site for $8. Alternatively, these screws can be purchased from a local hardware store for six dollars each It is likely that they will only carry them in zinc-plated steel or stainless steel at a cost of 10 cents/per. I grew to a height of- A 4-point screw is also included for adjustment The thread should be 40 and the needle should be An allen wrench (provided with this kit) is 50" long.

I've noticed that Fender's vintage parts specifications seem to have drifted over time
3/5

There are visible differences and quality issues when comparing these saddles to the Fender USA vintage saddles they're intended to replace. There are a few notable A brief comparison with vintage USA saddles (reference 2000 Fender USA saddles from the Classic Series 60's Strat) reveals the following attributes 1) lenght of saddle is short and 2) quality of nickel finish is blemished (pock marked)! A rough surface of metal can be seen beneath the surface of the metal. *
*3) Stamping seems substandard as if the stamping tool is worn out or that the registration of parts on the tool is incorrect. not part of The stamping process and tool can also be to blame. Having said that, all of this may be an indication of changes in craftsmanship / quality in the last decade The age is 15 years old. I have no experience with vintage saddle replacements for Fender guitars in terms of value or quality This is for The financial institution. I bought these saddles to replace a couple on the guitar and they appear to be a mismatch to original Fender parts and substandard, besides the fact that I am hesitant to replace all six.

I would not recommend buying them
3/5

Perhaps one thread for the set screws is too thin. There was an angle and off center thread in one of the intonation screws. Despite the fact that you get 6 screws, only 5 springs are provided. Only one thing they got right was that there were two set screw sizes to choose from. To fix this would be a waste of time. Having the name Fender on it should make them feel ashamed. In the end, that's what happens to Fender.

Excellent saddles with a ***** rating
5/5

It was purchased to replace and preserve the original saddles of my YJM stratocaster, and is different from the original saddles, for some reason, it makes a long ringing sound when bumped into each other, much less loud than a triangle bell. Applied it to the original saddles of my ‘Strat, but it just made a short klink from the pickup. Now that I think about it, I think it must be made out of a different material than the one that came with the YJM strat, but I could be wrong, maybe it's because it's A second thing that I noticed was that all saddles appeared to be the same, as if a mold had been made of one saddle. As far as materials and factory made, I am not sure if this saddle is the same as the one that they put on vintage strat trems, but it looks the same. the software works fine, it does a great job, I'm extremely pleased with its performance. I see! Oh! There is only one thing I don't like about this purchase that it doesn't ship outside the US, or at least where I am staying, I had to ask someone in Texas to receive it for me Otherwise, everything seems to be fine.

I'm working on a real vintage pre-war vehicle It's a CBS strategy
5/5

I put these bad boys on my 1962 Fender strat because the originals were so corroded because of years of sweat and poorly maintained instruments. I can replace them without any problem, and these are actually excellent quality, and I'm not trying to sound blasphemous. (I kept the originals, however. For your information, just in case).
