Thank you for taking the time to submit your query. So the nut you're looking for is made for a radiused nut slot. If you know the radius of the slot on your bass, you should be fine. If you notice that your bass's nut is actually a flat bottom, look into the PT-100. 1205- br>br>If you have any additional questions, please let us know. Thank you, br>br>
TUSQ is the man we're looking for. ivory that was created It's a polymer that's made at extremely high temperatures. a lot of pressure The Black TUSQ XL has the same features as the White TUSQ XL, but with the addition of PTFE (the chemical name for generic Teflon) to significantly reduce string breakage and tuning issues.
I'm not familiar with that bass, but you should check the measurements on GraphTech's website and compare them to yours. It's the right size for a Fender bass, and it also fits my Squier P-Bass. Bass is a fantastic choice.

The item shown in the photo is not the same as what you will receive. This is not the case. The bottom of the nut is not flat, but rather curved. br>br>Item description did not specify this.
This was added to a Precision Style Bass project because it was very similar to the one it replaced in terms of height, width, length, and string groove depth. This is the first time I've been so fortunate; normally, these take much longer to install on a Fender style guitar due to the fact that they are taller and bulge in the middle. br>br>However, these are always worthwhile, and this one is worth more than the effort with less effort.
It's of good quality, but if you have a Squier Pbass, the nut hole is likely to be slightly larger than the nut. Anyway, I used wood glue and then put the strings on to create some pressure; the action of the strings changed as a result of this nut, and they are now so high that I need to re-set up the entire bass.
I put a couple of these on a couple of basses and noticed a significant difference in sustain and note clarity.
There was no need for me to file anything. My buzzing was no longer an issue thanks to the nice string height. It comes highly recommended.
It's a nut made out of plastic. That's a soft plastic. If you have the expectation that the nut should be hard (bone, graphite, etc. ), you will be disappointed. Sanding and shaping it to fit my bass headstock joint was a breeze.
Installing it was a breeze. Accurate.
