There is a D250K on these
I used a link to Amazon for A Series Tapers potentiometers, which are logarithmic in nature. As the description of the Amazon webpage states, a 250K Ohm Split Shaft Audio Taper Pot is available there. The potentiometers will be of type 'A' since they have the word "audio" in them. Linear types are of type 'B'. It is recommended that the word 'Linear' be used in the description of linear potentiometers. By searching for 'pda24 pdf download', you'll be able to download a file containing Bourns potentiometer specifications. You should note It is recommended that all Bourns potentiometers be calibrated A 15% tolerance is acceptable. As a result, the actual resistance may range from 212 to 287/ If you have any concerns about the resistance, I suggest you contact the seller (before purchase) and ask if they would be able to send you the resistance levels before you buy
As far as I am concerned, that is purely subjective. There's no doubt about Audio Taper for Tone. Depending on your preferences, you will find differences of opinion regarding linear or audio volume. Also, just as there is a lot of variation with tolerances, their response can vary as far as how smooth or gradual it is when they roll off, for example.

Strat tone controls require long shafts because they were too long to be used as volume controls. Since you only need to go through a thin pick guard, it was necessary to attach additional nuts and washers so that I could raise the pick guard On top of that, the pots themselves have little resistance. It is not uncommon for me to turn my volume down accidentally If I pull the knobs and place a small rubber over the hole, I'll be able to remove the knobs It is possible to resolve this issue by adding a ring under each knob. Other than that, I am fine!.
This is an excellent set of pots. In all cases, the readings were the same, with around a 4% deviation. Low drag and no dead spots allow them to move freely through the entire range. During setup, the pickup is extremely quiet and does not pick up any hum or crackles. As for look, feel, and quality, I would say that they are comparable to the CTS Pots, and at half the cost. However, the outer shaft is slightly larger, so I had to enlarge the pick guard mounting hole, and I could not use the old locking washer. During the repair process, I found the shaft is still 6mm (18 spline), so I still had I found that the shaft juts out more than the original pot by about a millimeter or two, but this may have been caused by the fact that I could not use the original locking washer and I Buying the three pack since the bass is barely two months old, and one of the three Pots has already given out since Fender used the first of the cheap Pots on the "Beginner" bass.
There is no way I can be sure these are legit, because they felt awfully light and scratchy right out of Even though the shaft isn't exactly 'short,' they came with 2 nuts for each so the height was fine for the strap for my strat. Might not be the case for a thinner body like an Squire or Import.
I can't be happier with them and definitely prefer them over the crap made in China that came with All the electronics have been replaced with American made ones.
This is a good choice because the knobs have low resistance. The little finger is easier for me to use to do volume swells. A CTS pot might be the best choice if you are looking for more resistance to prevent accidental turning.
The volume, tone, and blend on the strat are being controlled by them. The responses and smooth operation of all of those features are excellent.
I think Bourne is the best. I feel the bourns feel nicer and smoother, despite the fact that the functionality of CTS is approximately the same. The same goes for all of them, no matter if they are long or short shafts or 250k or 500k, and normal pots or pushers Pull the rope. My favorite is the Bourns, slightly edged by CTs. Although there is nothing wrong with CT. The quality of the products is also excellent.
Pots I've found to be the best are Bourns and CTS (you can find a much wider variety at CTS). The Bourns are usually much easier to turn with a minimum of resistance when used for standard audio taper pots.
