Can this be purchased along with the pot? Should it not be placed in a pot, which one would you recommend?

You do not get a pot with it. The pot should be either 250k or 500k in size. Choose a pot of 250K if you want more warm colors / a 500K if you want more bright colors.

The pickups on these trucks are really good. It's always fun to upgrade pickups. Their hearts are in the right place. To take all this into consideration, I used all these for a custom two build and routed out the bodies were designed for Musicman, the old company of Leo Fender. Interchangeability was not possible between the two. The shapes don't have to be perfect, just take some router skills to make them fit. I also re-wound a few wires The routing process. Although it is a good option, I would not use it in a passive manner as a single pickup. I suppose if it was active, it could be a one-pickup type of solution. To add heat to my neck pickup, I had to connect it. I was hoping to get a great live sound from it, but even with EQ my live sound wasn't as clean as I would have liked. I compare it to my other bass with DiMarzios in it, which jumps out right away from the mix and pops. I would prefer to retro with Dimarzios for basses, but we like Seymour for guitars. Live bass is the only effect I use. I will say this about Seymours. They are nice and seem great, but they are no match for a guy playing a Gibson explorer/Les Paul or an It is possible for feelings to be.

A Seymour Duncan pick up is a top notch pick up

My OLP bass has this installed. It is the best feeling in the world. With this kit, Old Girl came to life. The pick up quality is better than the original mix. Also, I did change the pots to 25k, but I think it is the pick up that really makes a.

This is an excellent vintage tone without any of I installed a MusicMan bridge pickup in a homemade copy of a P bass

Body is made from Mexican-made Alder with a J Bass neck dated 2009. The tone of the song is superb. According to my experience, the alnico can have more of a Rickey tone. This is the bass my son uses most. It's the go to bass for our fun project.
