Questions & Answers

Could you provide some information about the dimensions of the pickups? I was particularly interested in the height of them. I appreciate your help. ?

It is highly recommended that you choose an alternative pickup! There are not enough words in this world to express my gratitude. There is widespread agreement that these pickups have extremely weak output, and the seller and online community were both very friendly. As they were cheap, I went with them, but I will not do the same The Fender pickups made in Mexico seem to have worse quality than these. We hope you find the pickups that are right for you. My choice would have been to purchase the Fender 'custom shop' ones, if I could go back in time.

I have clarified
5/5

As soon as I receive my pickups, I would like you to clarify a few things because the product title and description are a little Here you will find a set of two Fender Jazz Bass Pickups that look exactly like the product picture. A simple schematic is included with the package, along with the neck and bridge pickups with 2 black covers, 8 mounting screws, and 2 shielding plates with mounting foam. During the time I was shopping, I couldn't figure out why this set was less expensive than other sets and it had little or no description I hope this helps anyone that may be However, I do not anticipate any problems with the pickups until they are installed. They look to be very good quality after looking over them. In addition to the first review, I'll write a second one after I install The year has passed. Edit, a year from now. I just wanted to say that they sound great and have never given me any problems since I installed them a year ago. Although I liked the stock pickups, I have not looked back once I replaced them with these. The volume levels are hum canceling when they are equal, and when they are not equal, there is a slight hum that depends on the amplifier and how the room is wired, or in some cases a hum that is expected from classic single-coil speakers. It brought my bass to life and I love it a lot.

Would you mind if I asked you to try to recreate There is no need to look searching for the vintage sound of a jazz pickup, you've come to the right place
5/5

Even though they are using modern precision, they have exactly what you are looking for in a vintage pickup. They do it so they can convey their message in a consistent manner. The tone has a kind of vintage sound to it. It isn't a modern pickup sound. It is a great recreation of an old If it had flatwounds, it would be incredible.

The fact that it could be improved is good
4/5

Those things are nice, and they come with all the parts to make them work. I am excepting. Only one lead could reach a regular jazz bass with three knobs (with a length of just over three feet). As a result, the piggy bank might not have been ruined had the leads been an inch or inch and a half longer.

This cartridge is a great sounding classic/standard jazz bass amp at an extremely good price
5/5

Great sound and easy to install, just drops into my 1985 It was never the pickups on that thing that were the strongest. We just had to solder it and it was done. Although the tone is classic jazz bass, it is not closely aligned with any particular era, but it does come with that great classic slap tone, the jaco bridge pickup burpy thing and the neck with almost no tone makes me think I don't need my pedal board A basse. I know that's not true, but it's still a little hard to swallow. I was still happy with my pickup and am impressed with the speed of.

I like this pickup set a lot
5/5

Over the course of my search for the best Jazz Bass pickups, I have tried sets from some of the hottest pickup makers, including those who supply pickups to the world's most famous custom guitar builders and major professionals. The reason I will not name them is that there are many good pickup brands out there and some players will I have a Jazz Bass style 4-finger pickup An on-board Demeter is mounted on a string bass When tested with an on-board preamp, the Fender Original Jazz Bass Pickups Set sounded the best. Their rich sound and high quality pickup set made them a highly recommended pick up The song has a good sound quality throughout, with good lows, good highs, and a really good sounding As part of my search, I've tried sets that were too large I am wounded, under-treated The magnet pull may be low, active, wound, ceramic, or low magnet pull if the magnet is wound. Fender single coil pickups in the 7K range have a warm, clear, balanced sound that has high fidelity - as well as a smooth attack and decay. For me, it was just the right tone. They know what they are doing at Fender, and the formula has worked for them for a long time. I am surprised at how good the build quality is of this pickup set Everything from the cover to the wiring to the overall appearance is excellent. As far as pickup height adjustment goes, hold the string down at the last fret and measure to set the top of the pole piece to be 4mm above the bottom of the E string and have a 3mm gap for the G string end of the pickups. Pickup heights should start at this height since it is a common starting point.

It appears that these aren't new since they have cosmetic wear.
