It appears that these knobs are sturdy and look good. In spite of this, there is a plastic insert inside each knob with a diameter of 6 mm. Taking out this insert will result in a shaft opening of about 3/8", which is too large for a nut. The shaft of the pot is 25 inches long. It is also inherently worthless since the set screw does not penetrate through the plastic, and will stop before it enters the shaft tunnel, even with the insert removed. As a result of drilling out the plastic inserts, I was able to use one of the In order for these to work, pot shafts must be 25 inches in diameter. My opinion is that these are pretty thoughtless designs. In addition to their cheap price, they were a pretty good.

As these knobs were so cheap, I figured I could use the rest on another guitar since I had to replace one on my bass. I highly recommend this product. It is almost the same as my factory knobs, but they have more grip. I would recommend this.

Black p bass, purple pickguard, and purple pickguard are all excellent choices. My bass makeover is a success because I decided to go with these.
