The Precision bass I have was built by MIM in 1992. For the bushings to seat properly, I had to lightly hand sand (using light sandpaper) the peg head holes a little bit. You don't have to do much to get started. Sand the parts a little bit at a time and then check the fit. Simply tap them in lightly with a rubber mallet or seat them with your thumb. I am pleased with the way it turned out.

There isn't much to say about it other than it is a Fender product, these are very There is a slight difference in size between them. A stock Squier neck, then a Mim Fender neck. these on a Fender Jazz neck that was brand new in the box and the tuner holes were a bit larger then the stock ones, but these still worked.
This is a quality fender part, but it is too small to replace my IM-J It is the neck of a bass. I was in and out in a flash. Thankfully I was able to modify it with tape and a toothpick, so it stays in place.
I am providing you with the information you requested. The company sent a replacement set as soon as the problem was discovered. There must have been a problem with the shipment. My tuners from the 70s are all compatible with these. I appreciate your taking care of things!.
