Is it suitable for a B. Is Rich Iornbird your real name?

For a fancy BC Rich body style, it's likely to be too narrow. In my Hamer Cruisebass, the case fits, but it is narrower than the case that came with the Hamer.

This case will fit a Fender Jazzmaster, right?

I can use it for my long scale gaming and playing If L strat copy is working for you, jazz master should be no problem for you. There is no problem with Amazon's exchange policy in case it doesn't work. My knowledge of this is not up for discussion.

Selected User Reviews For Gator Cases Deluxe ABS Molded Case for 335 Style Semi Hollow Electric Guitars (GC-335)

It is extremely disappointing with this product
3/5

I'm very disappointed with the latches on the case as they are garbage and will open with Despite its apparent toughness, the plastic on the exterior was cracked when it arrived. The case probably costs the manufacturer under $5 to produce and is clearly not worth $100 to a US Marine stationed overseas. I am too busy to deal with the headaches associated with returning this very underwhelming product and frankly can't spare the time. I would strongly urge anyone who is thinking about buying this guitar case to look at other cases instead.

For the Les Paul model, there is an important quality issue
3/5

of all, you should note that this Amazon listing has aggregate reviews from multiple styles/models of the Gator hardshell case (e. g. You can use a bass, SG, Les Paul, strat, and so on. There shouldn't be a problem with this as long as you pay attention to reviews specific to the style of shoe you want The case of Les Paul is the focus of this review.

The major problem I experienced was that the headstock of my Les Paul did not fit centered in the case cavity for the headstock. The tuner heads on one side of my guitar were sticking firmly to the hard foam padding in the case as a consequence. Below is a photograph of the contact point with a red arrow indicating it. The contact point is especially vulnerable if the case is closed and set down on its feet, since gravity will tend to increase pressure at this It bothers me to think that my guitar will lay with some of its weight on the headstock or tuners. On the picture, it may not be obvious, but in person it's clear that the neck and the headstock are twisted to the right, as though the cutout for the guitar body is slightly rotated clockwise in relation to the outer There is one guitar I own that has "vintage" tuners, which appear to stick out more compared to the Grover tuners found on other Les Paul models. My particular guitar is an Epiphone 2020 Les Paul 50's Standard with "vintage" tuners. In spite of this, this model of tuner is quite common on Gibson and Epiphone The first case was slightly better than the second, so I filed for an exchange, hoping that this was just a QC issue. However, the second case was a little worse. It is important to note that both cases listed a date of inspection of The actual switch on my guitar is in the middle. I can tell this by feeling inside the case with it almost closed that the switch is right on the edge of the circular recessed area, even though it cannot be seen from the outside. I can only hope that the switch is slipping into the cavity rather than being pressed into the padding that sits next to it since I can't check this with the case closed. I find the case to be reasonably solid other than these two significant quality control concerns that may actually damage my guitar. The plastic shell, as others have noted, feels much thinner in person than it does in pictures, but I still find it to be reasonably protective. As long as we ignore the spacing problems, we can say that the guitar is reasonably well immobilized within the padding. I thought the latch hardware was a bit cheap, but I think it will last well (the lock also works well). There is an ironic possibility that I may actually cause damage to my instrument by using something that will protect it. I only give three stars because this product costs $120, so it shouldn't be anticipated that it might damage something. I do not see any valid explanation for not making both the headstock and switch cavity a bit larger to avoid the spacing / tolerance issues. This is especially true since, in order to keep the guitar in place, these parts should never make contact with the case.

It is such a case that deserves more than one! Both Gator GC-Es I purchased were in excellent condition THE ELECTRIC POWER As I needed storage for my two Jerry Reed signature models "T" style guitars, I bought a case
5/5

It was the looks, style, and price of this case that led me to select it. I've owned a few of these cases in the past and they proved to be worthwhile. I was not impressed with the packaging from the factory although the quality was what I have come to expect from Gator. A perfect fit was achieved based on the description and the performance of the seller These two cases fit both of the Tradition guitars that I put in them A measurement from the lower angle of the body to the top angle of the headstock on each guitar is 39 inches. In spite of the fact that both ends touch, the guitars slide in very easily without feeling like they're being pushed. If you are not bothered about how many guitars I have then allow me to for the sake of others to specify that all my Stratocasters are 39 inches long and fit very well. I have three Telecasters each between the ages of 38 and 90 It fit easily, as it is about one and a half inches long. In terms of width, all of the guitars mentioned fit well and do not rattle. Just per chance, someone may be interested in knowing that this case fits my PRS SE Custom 24 as well as my Rickenbacker 620. As far as I could tell, the hinges and latches were not misaligned. In addition, I did not find any visible fumes coming from the adhesives or any flaws in the plush lining. It is adequately padded for a case at

Are there any downsides to this case? It may look that way to some since it is very light in weight, but it is not flimsy in any way. This case weighed in at 8 lbs and this case weighed in at 10 lbs I found them to be quite sturdy, and they weigh about 1 1/2 pounds. For the price you may find other cases that are twice as durable, but you would have to pay twice as much. I don't think these cases would stand up to rigorous touring, but they are good for protection and simple storage in the studio or for a short trip to jam sessions. With this stunning guitar case you get a very nice place to store your instrument for a very reasonable price!.

The hardware is cheap and flimsy, and the construction is poor
3/5

The reviews made me believe the quality would be decent, but it was not. When I took this out of the box, I knew immediately it would be going back because it simply seemed cheap and flimsy. The ends didn't fit together properly when closed, and there were noticeable gaps on both ends. A low-quality product A small percentage of the hardware is of poor quality and poorly fitted and finished, particularly the latches. Naturally, I didn't expect this to be a flight case, but I would put the value of this at half of the actual price, and even that might be a little The reviews may mean that a new supplier has been added (or maybe the item is a knockoff), as it's hard for me to believe that the case I received would have garnered the reviews I read prior to ordering.

In reviews, almost all people said the Ibanez RG6003FM fit perfectly
5/5

However, some claimed that their RG did not fit and others claimed it did. I then decided to try it, and it fits perfectly! It's a great upgrade to a gig bag, and great for taking from my apartment to my studio. Getting this case is like getting a custom neck cutout just for my Ibanez RG Wizard III guitar! Locks are not the most expensive component of a door, but if you can be careful with them they will last. I got a used one from Amazon Warehouse that's From what I have read and seen, I highly recommend this case over the CHROMACAST one that costs $55.
