Selected User Reviews For Crossrock Fiberglass Hardshell Backpack Style Black 3/4 Classical Guitar Case (CRF1020CTBK)
Despite the mixed reviews, the item itself seems to be great. I think the negative reviews arise from either the wrong item ordered or from You can't get a full blown flight case without getting this. This is the closest you're going to get without paying a lot. It's pretty much bullet proof, but it's elegant and comfortable as well. In addition to the case, I also purchased a case bag so I could cushion both my case and my back since I backpack a lot with it. There are also some nice features on the case bag, like a small music pocket, but I wish the text book pocket had a slightly larger capacity since I use this primarily for college commutes as a guitar student, so I often have more than 4 or 5 page repertoire books with me In two folds. This case is incredible in its own right. Earlier this month I purchased a Yulong Guo double top concert guitar, and it came with essentially a glossy ivory/cream-colored copy of the CRF1000 "Singing Dragon" was the band's name when they started off. This is a great case. It is slightly larger than CR case bags, which I realized when I tried to wrap CR case bags around it without success, but it is still a good alternative that my guitar seems to be coming with only when purchased from Yulong Guo. In addition to my main classical instruments, I have two less expensive but still valuable classicals that I wanted to get a new case for, including a Cordoba C7 that I play frequently. As far as the build quality and the latches go, the Crossrock is much better, slightly different in style, and a lot more professional looking hygrometer integrated into the cabinet looks nice and works well, as shown by my Oasis digital hygrometer, thermometer, and humidifier combination The plug does not interfere with the headstocks of either guitar, as someone else also claimed in their review, although the guitar they have may be a bit unusual. Its neck pocket is smaller than most other cases I've owned, including the singing dragon. However, I believe that this is due to the thicker padding of the neck support as well as the slimmer design of the case. In my classic dress, I don't need a large pocket on my neck, but it's worth mentioning to those who will be carrying accessories in their stash pockets. Since the headstock is the only part of the case where the guitar has any freedom of movement, I personally find it useful to pad the case around the headstock. As an added bonus, it comes with a nice little velvet back that not only contains the included straps but also acts as a handy accessory bag for whatever you might want to Aside from its impeccable fit and elegance, the CRF1000 Classical Case Bag is also a great bag for casual use. However, it still protects the device well and makes it easier to wear as a backpack. Although it does not look quite as fashionable as the leather finish, it does look far more practical. When worn as a backpack, the pegs on the bottom of the case are right over the shoulder blades. The case features hard rubber feet on the back, bottom, and hinged side. There is just a tiny amount of room for a few sheets of music in the case bag, and the bag pads perfectly well to prevent any discomfort. There was not enough for anything more than maybe a soft cover 50 page book or less, so rather than a binder or any big textbooks for students, perhaps a thin repertoire or a thin method book could be used.
There's no way to tell whether the leather is real. The build and fit are excellent. There is no way for me to tell if the leather is genuine, but it looks great! It has been lauded a great deal. There is plenty of pressure in the case and it doesn't buckle. On the classical model, six latches are used. Despite this, the seal remains the most important part. By using a rubber gasket, the 10 % swing of my digital hygrometer both ways each day had been reduced Quite honestly, this case is one of the greatest instruments designed for the preservation of acoustic instruments. The only thing I would not do is check it as a baggage, but it's perfect in every other respect.
She loves this gift that I gave her for her birthday. very much. The quality is excellent and the design is beautiful.
There is no doubt that this is a better case than the typical Lifton.
