Questions & Answers

Do you have a saddle that will fit my DG710S yamaha?

This should be a perfect fit for your Yamaha fg710s, based on the pictures I saw online. There is however a possibility that your bone saddle may need to be adjusted to the height, length, or thickness, which you will find that the included sandpaper can assist you with. For more tips, you can view the video below. We are here to help you with any questions you may have regarding saddle fit, action height, intonation, or any other aspect. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we'll either provide you with a replacement saddle Please visit the following website www. I am Macnichol. Could it be used on a yamaha fg-x Does 461-461s exist?

Thank you very much, first off, we did look at that model online, and saw that there are different kinds of saddles depending on which guitar. If you would like to contact them, please email [email protected]. Please send us a close-up picture of your current saddle so we can see the compensation pattern, as well as the length, height, and thickness. The saddle slot on your guitar, or in case it does not yet have one, should be the length and thickness of your guitar's saddle. Using this information, we should be able to tell you if what you are looking for is in our inventory.

This is supposed to be for yamaha FD01S. Will it work?

I'm here. These saddles appear to be compatible with the yamaha fd01s, based on the pictures on the web. It should be noted that every instrument is a little different, so your bone saddle may need to be adjusted due to the guitar's unique configuration, but you can use the included sandpaper to adjust it. For FS800, this length is perfect
5/5

It was important to me that my FS800's action was lowered on the saddle, and I am glad I decided to go with this model. It is nearly perfect, the width/thickness is almost perfect I just took a few very very light strokes with a 1200 grit sandpaper to finish it off. It will be obvious that this is a tall cabinet, but the sand paper included in the kit will make it easy to sand. Due to the higher degree of curvature on top of the original, I aligned the high E string top and made the mark with a mechanical pencil. This meant that I reduced the height from high E to low E by an angle rather than reducing it by the same amount. As soon as I sanded off what I had envisioned and put the bridge on, everything was right! There is now more sustain, brighter sound, and most importantly, I hear nuances (which is good) that I never heard before. By the way, when I asked a question to the seller before the purchase, he answered it The bone sounds like glass when dropped, and the dust smelt like marble flooring being ground (yes, that is a word). I don't know if this is real bone, but the sound is like breaking glass. The $15 price tag makes this product a good buy.

I bought the Yamaha FGX730SC saddle and it's a great replacement
5/5

This is the saddle I found on Amazon after I lost the one for my Yamaha FGX730SC. They answered my call with great knowledge and were very Despite my best efforts, I was given a second unbleached saddle just in case I botched up the first one. Fitting the saddle into the slot was easy. The guitar plays nicely now that I have restrung it. There is no way to tell whether the sound has It is possible that my ear is not as discerning as it should be. Although the saddle may be a little high, Thank you for your great product. I think it needs just a little adjustment to work flawlessly they include sandpaper so it's easy to adjust.

The FD01S bridge can be mounted perfectly on the Yamaha FD01S
5/5

I had no problem fitting it into the bridge because it was the right length and thickness. I know that it appears to be a bit high, but it can be sanded down and that is apparent from the item description. As a seller responds to comments, the seller says that sandpaper is included, but there was none I know it's not a big deal, but I just wanted to make sure you knew about it. As an added bonus, this saddle is the specific type used on the FD01S - it uses the same sort of compensated saddle. The fact of the matter is that even Yamaha doesn't sell this part. I emailed Yamaha several months ago to replace the saddle and they gave me a part number for another saddle.

I think this upgrade is nice
5/5

With the help of my measurements, I purchased this for a small-bodied acoustic guitar by The Loar (a cheap copy of old Gibson styles), and it helped the intonation a lot. The guitar came with a bone saddle, but it was not quite right, and after I removed the undercut, I needed more height A saddle pickup element that came from the factory (which Fishman rare earth soundhole pickup installed in place of the old However, I have to say this As far as the action is concerned, it fitted nicely, was tall enough to enhance intonation, and fit perfectly. For the price, this is a good buy The saddle needs to be cut!.

It is the perfect complement to the The original strings, plastic pins, and hooks have been replaced The saddle is placed on 1 The Yamaha F335 has been in my possession for two years
5/5

With a perfect fit in width and length, the MacNichol bone saddle matched the MacNichol boot. The roughing process was carried out by using a power grinding wheel To minimize saddle height, cut it near the final height & Ensure that the height has been adjusted correctly with sandpaper (included) on a flat surface on top of a vertical block for squareness. If I had to buy the saddle again, I'd buy it. Delivery within a short period of time. If you compare it to the original setup, the strings always ring!.

I think this is not To improve the unplugged sound of my thinline mini Yamaha, I got this
4/5

The length and thickness of the map had to be adjusted, as well as the height by about an eighth of an inch. It was mainly the radius that changed. Rather than measuring it, I simply shaped it to be similar to the stock one, which was supposed to be only a quarter inch different A 75-inch diameter). Because I had to reshape it quite a bit, I am certain there was more to the change than just a quarter inch.

I really enjoyed the experience and the guitar was great
5/5

Products are shipped quickly, and the seller provides good customer support. It has a Yamaha FGX800C, which I ordered and had shaped to fit my guitar, and was It has improved the tone and volume by more than double, as well as the sustain. Using this saddle, I was able to transform an okay guitar into a fantastic one! They can help you if you have questions, so feel free to give them a call.

The only problem is the height
4/5

I think that this is a good product, but it is very tall, which makes it fit many You will have to do a great deal of sanding to accomplish this. You will also find a small piece of sandpaper, but this is very fine and takes a long time You'll be able to achieve much greater speed if you have 80 grit (coarse) paper or grinding wheel handy. The fine sandpaper can be used to finish the project. I am 75 years old. My Yamaha APX500 electric acoustic guitar had no problems with the 2 mm length. You should not sand too much of the new bridge or you will ruin it. The envelope is so large, why do they do that?.
