You can see a video clip, yes. Two screws are used to attach the box to the wall. You can remove the screws when you want to replace the battery by lifting the outer brown case off. When putting the battery in, you are not required to remove the clip. Instead, you can just put the screws back in place. Another great performance by LR Baggs! i have a banjo and a bridge pickup that I intend to use with it

With the high and low knobs, you can shape your tone to a great extent and make a huge impact on your performance. I can also keep the pedal steel plugged in and not worry about feedback while I play pedal steel by using the volume knob as a mute.

My violin sounded almost perfect

Just what I needed to boost the volume. It is small and compact, yet it gets the job done. *BR>Changing the batteries is kind of a B word, but so far I haven't damaged any electronics.
