My light has adequate brightness settings for using it with a piano, which is why I purchased it. The keyboard works well with an ebony piano when it is bright enough.
There is no word on where you would clip it or how far away the lights will be from the music. This stand cannot be placed on the piano's top since it doesn't really have a base. While LEDs are quite bright when viewed directly, their illumination tends to diminish fairly quickly if pushed to a great extent for distance. Therefore, I would like to mention that this light works great on my music stand, which is situated right behind my hi-fi As I'm at my drum kit, I put on my hat.
With a large clip on the clip, the battaries are placed inside the clip, not on the lightbar. On a wire music stand, it should work just fine.
I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing such difficulties. As a matter of fact, we use ours at church to light the music holder on our electronic piano and haven't faced any trouble with it. The product has been in use for over two years It would be most likely to kill the LED's if a power supply was not used correctly (one that did not come with it may have a higher output voltage) or if they were left on for for very long periods of time. I do not believe the bulbs are replaceable from what I can see. A new unit would have to be purchased.

This is exactly how it appears in the description, even better than I expected. As far as shipping was concerned, it was also fast. I'm happy with its dimensions because I don't need it to be too large or too small Featuring a durable clamp and batteries included as an option, this LED fixture is a great addition to any home. In the photo you can see how it illuminates the music on the stand in front of me (though I dimmed the other room lights for visual effect). I did not use mine, but plugged it into the wall to use while practicing piano. You will find the power button on top, to the right of the goose-footed icon - It is the main part of the neck I expected to find it just where I expected. In terms of build quality, the two brightness settings are impressive at this price point, and the two brightness settings add value. The lamp was more than I expected, so I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this book.
There is no doubt that this works great on Manhasset music stands, but I also love the way it works on my wire music stand. The wire music stand doesn't appeal to me, but I'll have to use one on the road. The wire stand on which I keep my lights has a strong "backbone," so my lights do not become top heavy. They attach firmly and stay put. I could not find the light to light up four sheets of music, but it worked fine for two and three sheets. I am very happy with the product, this is one very sturdy and professional Choosing this option is the right choice.
It is the perfect setting for a grand piano. Our family brought an old grand piano and needed a lamp, so my wife ordered a floor model from another supplier at almost the same price as the piano. Due to a shipping mixup, it never arrived. In order to keep us from having to wait until the floor lamp arrived, I ordered the Lumiens L9. Her decision to cancel the other lamp is a testament to the perfectness of the Lumiens lamp. Almost $400 saved with a lamp that clips on right to the music stand, runs on 110v or batteries, and clips on right to the music stand. It is a great lamp that you will not regret buying.
It is the best portable music stand/piano light for on the go, and it is a reasonable price. However, don't expect the cord to last for too I used to use batteries with my first piano light with 9 LEDS (different brands), but eventually I had to go back to using In addition, LEDs do consume quite a bit of In the event of the USB/electric cord that stops working, there is no obvious way to tell what part struck out- In other words, the USB part is what plugs in to the computer A USB cable connects the light to the USB port. I HAVE READ THE MANY MONTHS LATER UPDATE There are a lot more lumens in this light than in a comparable light by a different brand. Having had to buy an electric cord for the piano, I decided to buy another one because I need a lot of brightness. It is still working with the original. As for the new one, I have only had it for about a week, but if it holds up as well as the previous one, this will be a great buy. It is important to know that on their brightest setting they consume a lot of batteries. As a result, I have given this a 5-star rating Even though the USB/cord may break, the non-destructive nature of the device is what makes it a star It's great to have a flickering bright light.
I've been looking for something like this for a while. Plug it in at home to run off the wall, but take it with you to other locations where there may not be enough light and it will run on batteries as well! There is more than enough space for two pages of music to be displayed in the light. In case you need a bigger (and more expensive) glow, you might go for the more expensive model, but in case you're just needing a more regular glow, this should be fine. My recommendation extends not only to the light, but also to the vendor. I love it!.
Fixture attaches securely to the top of the music stand on the piano, provides a very bright (but not blinding) light, keeps light from being seen by congregational members, and the gooseneck of 10" allows the fixture to be out of the way when turning the pages.
In her job as high school choir director, my wife has experienced difficulty seeing her notes when the lighting is low during parts of her concerts, particularly when there is choreography and staging going on. After discussing various lights with her, I found this particular model to be the most helpful. Initially she wanted a small light, but after exploring various lights further, this model became more useful. Her school district reimbursed her once for it. She decides to keep it for her own use rather than have it reimbursed a second time. It is easy to see the light coming from an open score because it is even and broad. While at her first concert outing with it, she chose to use the higher intensity, the dual intensity feature is a nice feature. I find the construction of this light to be heavier duty than those I have seen elsewhere in our church. She loves it. According to my opinion, this light is going to last quite a while. I will update this review if my prediction does not come true. After observing this lamp during one concert and taking a close look at it, we feel this is a quality product at an excellent value.
It is not able to recharge batteries with its built-in charger. As the lite works great when it is plugged in to a power source or on regular batteries, I tried the new set of rechargeables that Amazon provided but they did not get charged. Even after spending all night on the charger for both of these lights, neither of them recharged the batteries. The batteries in my testing did not charge at all with my DC volt meter. Returned to Amazon for a refund after getting no response from them for over a week. We'll buy something else next time, not this junk. I really wanted the lights to work. I really wanted them to work.
