How does this pedal work with the Tama Speed Cobra?

That should be the case. Look for a small hole at the top of the footboard (just behind the chain) to tell if the mattress is too small. Those who have that hole should be able to use it. On the picture of the product, you can see a small bolt screwed into it. Assuming all Tama hardware measurements are universal, I'll assume they are all the same. There are three toe stoppers I've ordered, and all of them fit perfectly on two One for an Iron Cobra Junior and two for a Cobra. I use a bass pedal as well as an Iron Cobra high-wattage pedal Put it on.

During installation, I noticed that it took a little under 2 minutes, and it works perfectly. Iron cobra pedals have a black finish that ties in with the finish on the The bolt and a small piece of metal are all that it is.
