I'm not sure. Make sure both are the same size.
Generally speaking, I wouldn't suggest it. A regular cajon fits, but it's not a tight fit, so there's some motion as you play, so I wouldn't expect a cajon bongo to stay in place for long. The cajon works well with this, especially if you're a standing player
For a slap top, I do not believe the brackets are close enough in proximity to one another.

You can stand or sit next to it, and you get to hear everything else you need all at once. It might be a good idea to add velcro tape to the top of the bag for a bit of extra It might become loose when really getting into it if you do not take care.
I tried to use it once but it broke on my first attempt. After purchasing this, I only used it one time before the pin holding the adjustable clamp that holds the Cajon broke. It is truly disappointing that things like that can be allowed to happen, in spite of me being confident I can rig it to make it work. It would have been better if I had opened and used it closer to my purchase date, as I might have.
