The stands are compatible with any standard cymbal stand. Please be sure to place a felt, washer and washer on top of the bottom cymbals and then insert this

Do you need to thread this ?

Cymbal stackers screw on to the same thread as the wing nuts on cymbal stands. You just remove the wing nuts and screw on the stackers.
