It is manufactured to the highest quality, has excellent functionality, and is much stronger than it needs This is what I use for holding my ride cymbal on my Alesis Strike Pro. Clamp that's perfect for any job.
A set of Hart Pro rack toms came with rack tom mounts that were obsolete so I bought four Road Series Super clamps to replace them. This clamp is more sold, grips the tom mount poles better (more surface area to clamp onto), is smaller and has a more attractive appearance. There is a great deal of weight on them.
