The DX pad has never failed to work with the DX module in my experience. The 402 is the only vehicle I've never owned, but there is no reason to not work with it. Despite this, the xp80 does not consist of the potentiometer to adjust settings.
Ask Yamaha if you don't know.

Despite the pads' good construction, they lacked a solid feeling of a real snare. When I searched for Yamaha XP80 3, I found it DTX Multi 12 could be plugged into the Zone pad, making it a complete It is a real pleasure to say that the pads feel like real snares. It really sounds like a drum roll when you use double strokes. Despite the fact that it was shipped from Japan, the package arrived earlier than expected. It is a solid product. It is my experience that there is one issue with this product that I found to be a bit annoying. In my case, the level that this unit produces when connected to the DTX Multi12 is lower than most In any case, I went ahead and adjusted the level for each pad for the kit settings that I use on a regular basis. This is kind of tedious if it had to be done for each kit of Even though I am not impressed with the product, I will still give it.
There are no words to describe how LUXURIOUS these are. The price is high Total response [total]. Fun on the top of the world. It's incredible how durable Yamaha is. As for an experienced acoustic drummer, I am unsure that he or she would share my sentiments. As far as digital drumming goes, I like these. The digital drum set in my studio is DTX Yamaha, meaning I don't have mesh heads. As far as I understand, it is a MESH head design. It is also possible that the less expensive [BUT WELL TAKEN] truly wonderful response from MESH is just the ticket for some drummers. A used XP120SD was purchased by me. The following pictures can be viewed In reality if you are a novice and on a budget you are not going to need these newest pads. THE OLDER [gray] DTX Gum pads and Brain Modules work PERFECTLY. You did a great job. You will need to wait a long time [several years] to be able to develop your skill set. This is used. It should cost around $500 to buy the Gray [MUCH earlier model full kit]. It costs $4500 to purchase the White [NEWEST full kit] with the SD120 pads.
There is no comparison between a 10" pad and a 3 zone It is not possible to operate the rim. It was too late for me to turn back when I realized what had happened.
The DTX's I once owned are still in my collection, and I have updated to the new module, but I have been using The first generation pads have been getting in the way of my hands recently, even after switching sticks, pad angles, etc. After trying a couple of the XP80's, and liking them, I decided to try the XP120SDs. There is a difference right away. I no longer have pain in my thumb, I'm more sensitive, and I have an incredible feeling in my hand. This is one of the best pads Yamaha has ever made. I love.
Any electronic set will benefit from this very solid, well-made product. That's what I love about Even if you're on the fence about getting this pad, you need to purchase it immediately. In terms of response to hits, the pad acts like a dream. This pad is designed to take advantage of the deeper features of Yamaha drum brains, so be sure to check out what is compatible with these brains to utilize its full potential. It's important to note that this is not to be used as a snare pad, as that is a different.
You will love the feel, response, and triggering of these. Their small size allows them to fit into tight places. They feel and respond to the same degree as the other dtx pads, even though they are smaller. As opposed to the dual zone larger triggers, the black rubber edge feels better on strike.
There is an overwhelming sense of reality in these heads. My goal is to one day replace all my other heads with these. I already have two of these. In my experience, the sound quality and response of my drums are excellent when I use third party software for recording.
There is excellent sensitivity, it rebound correctly, it has a great bite, and it produces a great bite. All of my previous hard rubber pads will be replaced with these new ones.
