Questions & Answers
This boom arm is made in the vintage style and mounts directly to the bass drum shell. This means you'll have to drill holes in your bass drum shell if you're not using a vintage drum shell that's already drilled to accept this type of mounting bracket! This is much sturdier than the original boom on my 1960s Gretsch 20" bass drum, which I retrofitted with it. Look up photos of this type of boom arm mounted on vintage jazz kits on the internet. I hope this information is useful to you. br>Bye! br>Bye! br>Bye!
Yes, but, as with any memory lock, there is a small amount of tolerance.

It has a lot of sturdiness to it. It sounds fantastic on a 24" bass drum. The following is a condensed version of what I wrote. The bolts, on the other hand, were far too short. What's going on, DW? Fix this! Just be ready to replace them for a buck at the hardware store. I also used a small amount of thread lock.
On a 24" kick drum, this cymbal stand was a little tall, so I cut 2" off the top and it's now the perfect height. incredibly durable.
When the chorus comes, do you know when you need to change to your chorus cymbal? It'll stay in place this way.
