In order to practice with the music you own, do you have to own it?
It is possible to practice (play along) with music from any streaming service (Pandora, Spotify, iTunes, etc.) However, if you wish to record your playing along with it (audio and video recording), it must either be an itunes or a downloaded version.
Do you think I can use this ?
Essentially, the unit is built around a stereo microphone that captures your live acoustic kit and adds effects and - if the built-in base drum trigger is used - some effects as well. It causes the sounds to play internally. It is possible to connect electronic drum pads to the unit, however it wouldn't be as versatile as a regular electronic drum kit. As such, the EAD10 is useless and defeats its purpose.

What if I want to use Roland triggers?
It is true that they can. As its default trigger is Yamaha, it can be dialed in to work seamlessly with Roland, Ddrum, and other triggers that are in use.

Whether you are practicing alone or with a group, this is the perfect tool. It is amazing how cool the app is that goes with it. It would have been great if I would have had this setup all along! I've played professionally for over 20 years! It's almost impossible to imagine how many possibilities there are!.
