Questions & Answers
In order to get the best performance out of the hybrid, it needs to be tensioned very tightly. Generally, I would consider the HD dry to be the more suitable choice for all-around play
According to my experience, I've found it all to be a matter of preference. It still worked perfectly for me as I still had my stock PDP snare Snide Head!

The new steel snare I bought goes on top of my Joey Jordison Signature It's all about that deep "pop!" I was looking for. Those things don't appear to be provided to me by the program. As opposed to this, it sounds dry. I have not been a big fan of it, it does not sound bad at all but not what I prefer, I like to crank it up loud since I play Death Metal, My first thought was to take it out of the box, but then I noticed how heavy As a whole, it is a sturdy, durable, built to last radio, that sounds great, and is well worth the hefty The armor of my snare made it much more effective. While the coating near the center has been worn away, it still appears to hold up after 5 years of blasting.
I wince like a baby when I hear it. The way you put it is wonderful. As I listen to my guitar player wince, I feel as though he's having a hammer slammed into his jelatinous brain matter or anything he has left. As long as I play the way I want, I will receive the sound I want at the volume level I perform at with the head. As of right now, I have not recorded with it, but if it sounds this good, I cannot wait to do so soon. There is a Noble & Co. typewriter on it The Coolley 5 3/4 x 13 inch Alloy Classic snare drum is made from alloy. This head does not look like it has been played even though I have smacked it with 5B sticks for over 3 hours. I'm yet to test it out on wood snare drums, but as soon as I get a 14" version, I'll try it on a Sonor S Classix (Sonor Lite) and a Craviotto Solid Maple tuned lower.
The size is perfect. The 13"x7" Pork Pie Little Squealer snare is ready for using. Do you want to turn each lug five times? I love it), and it sounds great There are no discernible overtones (really), the sound is thick, but it still produces a great sound. I had expected it to also deepen my snare tone slightly, but I do not hear that, so it isn't necessarily a bad thing, either. Perhaps I need to tune my snare a little more precisely or my snare size is too small. This head definitely sounds better on a larger 14" snare, and I imagine it can sound even better for a 15" snare as well.
It's awesome to have this drum head. It is my recommendation that this head be used by drummers who prefer a higher tuning snare. Durable and very thick.
The snare batter head could easily be given 10 stars if I could. During my 10 years of playing drums, this snare head is the best I have ever heard. The finest quality I have I give it 10 out of 10.
The head of this snare is great. The tuning range in this instrument ranges from the very high to the very low. The drum head I purchased is a Evans 500 resonant drum head for 13 x 3. Snares with a 5-inch diameter.
This is the set that I used on my 13x7 It has a really nice pop sound and you can crank it down pretty low. Those having difficulties with the tone or tuning of their snare drum should strongly consider this drum head. You'll be able to use it forever as well!.
Wish I had bought it years ago. It is awesome that this batter head exists.
