From the ages of 8 to 18, I instruct a marching drum corps. My four children are all members of the corps of drummers. These mallets are a favorite of my oldest son's, and I strongly suggest them. They are light in weight and have a quick response.
Extremely long lasting.
They are of excellent quality. They are extremely durable and have a pleasant weight. The grip is the only thing that could be better. When your hands are sweaty, it has a tendency to slip. Overall, a fantastic product. I would 100% recommend 100% it to any tenor player.
The tips of the mallets aren't as prone to destroying drumheads as those of other mallets.
It performed admirably for almost the entire season. Near the end of the school year, the rubber on the handle started slipping, so I'm going to order new ones for football season.
