It is preferable to use a pull-through swab to clean the inside of the flute so that the moisture can be extracted properly. The purpose of this cloth is to polish rather than to remove condensation. When I was in band, I always used an old soft cotton shirt cut up and the rod that came with the instrument to remove the moisture, then letting the instrument sit out for 15 minutes (if possible) or cracking the case open in my next class.
It's a larger cloth with more fibers. A premium microfiber towel, in my opinion, will suffice; I do the same thing with my son's saxophone, taking one and using it exclusively for that purpose. The solution spray by the same manufacturer is the key.
Yes.
Please read the instructions on the packaging. Brass and woodwinds are both polished!

I got this a week after I got my Yamaha YTS-100. I bought the polishing lacquer spray as well as the 62III to ensure that my new instrument looks as good as new. It does a fantastic job of removing fingerprints and polishing the instrument, and it does so without scratching it, which is always a plus. It does pretty much what you'd expect from a cloth of this type. For brass instruments, the lacquer spray is highly recommended because it adds a nice sheen.
This was used to clean and shine a brass alto sax, and it did an excellent job of removing dust and streaks. There was no leftover residue.
This, in combination with a polishing spray, keeps my trombone gleaming and clean.
This cloth works wonders when it comes to cleaning brass. This is a book that I strongly suggest you purchase.
The towel was extremely soft and thick, and it did an excellent job of polishing the trumpet.
Arrived on time, was a good product at a good price, and I was very happy with it.
I found exactly what I was looking for, and it's perfect for my trumpet. high-quality.
I haven't washed them yet, so I can't speak to their durability. Soft as can be.
