This is a plain microfiber cloth with no oils or additives, so it should be fine for wiping down your guitar.

I have a tenor trombone, two bass trombones, and a lot of different oils, so I like to have a lot of polishing cloths on hand. I've never purchased this brand before, but it's on par with more expensive Bach and Yamaha cloths. br>br>I'll have to buy more at some point, and I'll definitely turn to Monster Oil.
