Unfortunately, when extended, the bottom rails are about 1/8" higher than the base. Because my cabinets had a 1/4" lip, I had a similar issue. I solved the problem by cutting two 1/4" X 2" Poplar strips from my local Do It Yourself store. I'd use 1/2" X 2" for you if I were you. It's a simple fix, and oh, by the way, The roll-out drawers will be a lot of fun to use.
I just got off the phone with Lynk customer service, who informed me that the basket is 17" wide, but they recommend 18" just in case the door hinges protrude into the opening. Measure the width of the opening, including any door hinges that protrude from the sides. You should have enough room if the opening is less than 17 1/2 inches.
I've only put them on the cabinet's floor so far. Before you can install the sliders, you'll need some sort of upper-area side wooden lip to screw them into.

I chose the 14" x 21" because the cabinet is 33" wide, and I knew I'd have room in the middle for taller items. The middle shelves, which I started with, don't remove, so I had to contort myself to get them in, but once I got the hang of the first one, the rest were a breeze. The basket sits just shy of 2" above the shelf, so you do lose a little space, but it wasn't a big deal for me. It took me about 2 hours using all 4 screws, which is a definite must. br>br>When I went to buy the next two, I read some of the reviews here and one said that the Rev A Shelf was better because it sat lower on the frame and was all one piece - already has a basket on it. In the description or Q, I couldn't seem to find the true dimensions. However, I went ahead and purchased two of them - Both baskets sit 1 3/4" above the shelf, so either I purchased the wrong ones or they've changed their design. The Lynk basket's top is 4" above the shelf, while the Rev A Shelf's top is 6 1/2" above it. They wouldn't fit on my top shelf due to the height, but they did on the bottom shelf. It's not as simple to put together because you'll need to move the basket out of the way and use an extension for your drill bit to do the screws. br>br>I'll tell you that the Lynk shelf is only about halfway there. I can see everything in the basket without having to hunch over because the Rev A Shelf extends all the way out, which was perfect for my bottom shelf anyway. I couldn't figure out how to post more than one image, or I would have shown the difference in extension. br>br>In the end, after comparing the two, I prefer the Lynk shelf because of its relative ease of installation and basket height. I only wish they had backed up a little more.
I rarely give five stars, though I am always tempted to write so when I do that the word "rarely" may appear skewed. Although I purchased this product from a brick and mortar store because I could pick it up the same day, I felt compelled to share this review here for the benefit of everyone. This is a Roll- The Cabinet Drawer that we have is of excellent quality. The construction is solid, and the operation is smooth. If someone else did it, it would have been much easier, but don't let them because you'll do it better. Because I have nerve damage in my left arm, my left hand is partially functional, and this took me 15 minutes to install flawlessly. The design of this drawer, as well as the instructions provided, made this incredibly simple; getting it wrong would take some effort. Another reason I adore this film is that it is based on a true story. The "bonus" comes from the fact that I'm pairing it with two Ikea Variera 6/7gal. trash/recycle bins. ) for my trash and recycling under my kitchen sink, and these two unrelated products could not be more compatible and work together if they were designed to do so. The bins are the exact right width (the feet on them fit precisely adjacent to the wires that run from the front to the back of the roll out, with about 1/4" play between the wires that run from side to side), so they're very stable on the roll out's base and don't wobble at all. They fit perfectly together on the roll out, leaving just enough space behind them for a carton of Biobags and a box of our trash bags. Amazing!.
cabinets that are within reach These were nearly super-sized. Except for one side of one rail not clearing the cabinet lip, it was simple to install over our double oven cabinet. The reason for this was that the cabinet floor was slightly lower on one side, but the rail clearance on the rollout unit could not be adjusted. I put a washer under each corner (where it was screwed down) and that was enough to get the cabinet lip clear. If the company had provided a way to adjust the rail height and if they had extended out more than 2/3 of the way, I would have given these five stars. Despite the fact that I had to track down eight matching washers, I was able to install two units in under an hour. br>br>An additional point of clarification: Many reviewers point out that the installation of these requires 2" of clearance on each side. The rails require 2" of clearance, not the basket width. These 11" baskets fit and operate perfectly in my 12" opening, with a half inch of clearance through the door opening. They are well-built and run efficiently. You do lose some overall storage capacity, but when I went to clean the hard-to-reach places, I found that it was well worth it. I threw out a bunch of ingredients that hadn't been used in years because I couldn't reach them in the cabinets. These will greatly improve access to the space.

My only regret is that I put it off for so long! One reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that they only roll out partially. They extend far enough to give you easy access to the entire drawer. And if they rolled all the way out, the heavy weight on the front of the drawer could pull the cabinet frame out of the base. I'll include a few photos of my setup, including one that demonstrates how easy it is to reach the back of the drawer when it's fully extended. br>br>These are a little on the pricey side, but they're well worth it.
