Remove the wooden cap and unscrew the white "coarseness dial" in the center until it can be removed. Replace the "dials," tightening them to the desired coarseness of your salt/peppercorns, and then pour your salt/peppercorns into each jar. Remove the wooden top, then upend and twist the green top and glass bottom in opposite directions over your food to use. To keep the coarseness level you want, adjust the inner dials as needed.

However, there are some things I refuse to give up, one of which is freshly cracked pepper. I scrutinized each and every one of them. SINGLE. GRINDER. I did some research on Amazon before deciding on this set, and it has far exceeded my expectations. I like that you can grind directly into your pan or into the cap to SEE and CONTROL how much you're adding to the dish - Alternatively, you can sit and relax while grinding a large quantity. as well as the fact that the grinder is at the very top - There will be no more salt and pepper on the counter, which has always been one of my pet peeves with traditional grinders. The consistency is excellent, as is the ease with which the grind can be completed. Here's where you won't find any wonkiness! They're simply a really nice-looking, EASY-to-fill, perfectly-fitting pair of shoes. a set of grinders that works - Especially for people who have trouble with their dexterity.
These grinders are fantastic. The size is somewhere between standard shakers and the large grinders I'm used to seeing: I'm thinking of getting a second set for the kitchen because they're such a good size. Grinders on the dining room table appear to me to be very elegant. Okay, because I live alone, the truth is that I use them on the couch in the living room, which is where I usually sit and entertain. They'd look fantastic on the dining room table, though. To fill these grinders, you can buy a set of ground pink salt and fresh peppercorns in a big bag from Amazon, and I've noticed that the taste is better in addition to the style upgrade. This set is beautiful and the color is ideal for my kitchen. The fact that they dispense from the top means that no stray salt or pepper will end up on your plate. It is simple to put on and remove the bamboo covers. They're simple to fill and the right size for my hands.
