In spite of my disappointment and my honest assessment, I have to say we are completely unsatisfied after just a couple of weeks of use at home with the Gorilla Grip cutting board set. The plates slid all over the granite countertop when I put them on. Not sure if they were warped or what, but it wasn't easy for me to grip It was my expectation that the handle would grip the countertop, but it did not. It would have been easier to return them, but the hassle of doing so seemed to be more than I could handle. It would be a bad idea to purchase.

The cutting boards I received were not to my liking. Despite what they sound like, they are not hard. The use of a sharp knife creates big ridges on the cutting board, which leads to bacteria gathering there. If I could get my money back, I would really appreciate it.

The first thing to notice is that the boards are not Although they are very good and the trough around the perimeter of each board catches juice and liquid very well, the boards are thin, We have a dishwasher that barely fits our biggest cutting board, which makes cleanup a breeze. Although they are certainly not as gripping as Gorilla Grips, they do an average job of not slipping on the counter. Although it would have been nice if the black rubber ends had been larger, they are otherwise fine. I have some old Kitchen Aid cutting boards that are excellent for think boards as well as large non-stick boards We used to have Kitchen Aid boards with rubber ends, but they are no longer available, so we purchased these Gorilla boards. However, they are not the same quality as the old ones. These are an excellent purchase based on the price.

I have not let the foods sit on the boards for long.
