It is great for scratching the dog's back and it is loved by the dog.
My first impression was that it would be great, and usually Cuisinart makes great products, but the second time I used it, it literally broke. No crazy things happened with it - nothing you can see on the screen My spaghetti scoop snapped when my hand grabbed it and it snapped where the rubberized part of the handle meets the plastic part of the head/neck. As regards the replacement, I will increase the rating to 2 stars based on the customer service, but I will retain the low rating since this specific utensil still isn't worth purchasing.
After a little over a year of regular use, it is still holding up well. It can be a little flimsy after being put in hot water for a while, but it is not too bad considering what it is used for.
It's great to have a dislike the pasta scoopers that have a hole in the middle because I find that the pasta falls through. You can catch a serving size portion of pasta with this one, and it stays in place while holding it. Of all the food I've had, I like this the best.
Is it possible to believe it after the third time. Sometimes things like this happen!
