Despite that, the customer support is amazing. I think these are fun, but one broke as soon as I extended it. I just got them for a cookout this weekend, and we took them out of the package. It would be ideal for friends with fire pits to receive this gift. This is a must-have for those who are avid roasters, because it has a sleek design and is comfortable to hold. I've heard that my kids tend to get grossed out eating from a stick, so this is a great idea. These stayed extended without issues, and I was not concerned that they would be weak. The stainless steel antenna stock provided by this company is very good quality, and the handles do not get hot when in use. Each of these roasters is color coded so kids know which is theirs, as well as making it easy for both parents and kids to roast! It appears there are no food issues. These are great! These roasting sticks are very long, so they'll help you keep the little ones far from the fire while they are roasting and it will be easy to put the marshmallow on and take it Our only issue was that we couldn't roast our sweet campfire favorite, nutter butter cookies, because the thick, blunt ends would not slide between the layers, so we used our old extendables that are wire thin and much shorter (difficult, but they worked). My mouth is watering just thinking about combining these new roasting forks with hot dogs or other tasty eats. We would have preferred a hanger end so we could hang them in the woodshed, but it is great to have a handy storage bag to keep them in.

These are not sharp and are still very effective. The length is perfect and can be adjusted for kids or fire size. They do not get overly hot and are easy to handle after they have been removed from the fire. Note Kids will not hold up well to sitting in them, though! A chair in which my daughter set one collapsed on her due to her setting it on a chair. This is not a good idea.

I can fit six marshmallows/hot dogs into a small package that is about the size of a business card. This is my favorite band! It is easy to operate, easy to clean, and it can be extended and retracted two little kids, a bunch of little kids living near us, and tons of trees, so we always have a fire to burn extra wood with friends. It's great to see them. These are certainly the people who will give us a good return on our investment! Today is a really freaking cold day here, lol! A Windchill value below 0 means we are experiencing cold weather. Even though the fire is out, we can still use the campfire. I roasted some hotdogs and roasting sticks over some hickory logs in the fireplace, and the kids loved the flavor of it. In the middle of a cold day when the family is stuck indoors, it provides a pleasant change of pace or diversion. We can also use them for the fire pit in the summer.

In the past, we have used our forks for hot dogs and kielbasa, as well as When the food is placed over the fire, the clamps securely hold the food, providing excellent control when it is held.
