It's true, and it's also extremely long-lasting. My son uses it all the time, and the finish is still in good shape (no chips or scratches).
The mouth is 2 1/8" in diameter. The bottom part that goes in the cup holder is roughly the same size. Ours will fit in the bottom, but there won't be enough room for it to roll around and mix the drink. If you're mixing a powder, it sinks to the bottom of the bottle, and the whisk won't help much unless you shake it really hard to get the powder and the whisk up to the middle, where the bottle is wider. We decided against it and went with the 40oz bottle (which we can't use while driving because the base is too big to fit in the car cup holder).
Yes! This is precisely why I went with this option. It is compatible with all of my cup holders. If you're looking for a 32 oz bottle that fits in standard cup holders, I think you'll like it.

until the handle falls off and a portion of the cap falls off with it The day has finally arrived when my question will be answered. I used to be perplexed as to how such a functional water bottle of this size could be so inexpensive. br>br>Well, no, not quite. I did, however, discover why Sendestar isn't a well-known water bottle. br>br>In the past, I've had instances where the non-verbal communication was a problem. As if it were a jack in the box type of fountain, sparkling water exploded. However, because it happened only once, I was only able to laugh and enjoy the splash. I considered myself fortunate that it didn't happen repeatedly on my computer and that it only happened once! br>br>I even overlooked the occasional drip when it was turned to the side. br>br>All because it was a 32oz bottle that kept my drinks cold, fit in my cup holder perfectly, had a straw, appeared to have a great handle, and was reasonably priced. However, all good things must come to an end. br>br> br>br>Take a look at the photos.
This appears to be a nice bottle, but one of the lid gaskets has melted and is no longer functional. On the rest of the bottle, I'm not sure I'd put my faith in quality control. It's back to square one. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Instead of being mangled, the gasket was folded as a result of twisting the cap off. However, this revealed that the gasket isn't thick enough to withstand twisting off the cap, and that it would fold every time the cap was opened. This is not a good recipe for a leak-proof water bottle.
This bottle is so close to being perfect. The lids that come with it are flimsy and of poor quality. However, a Hydroflask lid fits, which is what I use. I like how big it is and how well it fits in my cup holder in the car. It keeps my water exactly the way I like it - ice cold! The one thing I don't like about this bottle, and this is a minor quibble, is that stickers will not stick to it. Even the most prestigious of institutions Vinyl decals of superior quality peel away easily. I even tried supergluing a couple of them on, but they simply peeled off. That's a real bummer because I love putting stickers on my water bottles. Other powder-coated bottles don't give me this problem.
I had a 50 chance at getting a decent product and 100% chance at getting abysmal customer service. They arrived ahead of schedule and appeared to be of good quality. I realized they weren't the same once I filled them with ice/water. After a few minutes, one became cold, but the other managed to keep the ice for several hours and perform admirably. The other, on the other hand, became ice cold in a matter of seconds, and condensation formed on it shortly thereafter. In that case, the ice was only there for a few hours. They both came with a “100% satisfaction guarantee” card, so rather than going through Amazon, I decided to follow those instructions. The website is nothing more than a generic website format, as I discovered when I looked it up. It was devoid of both merchandise and information. I requested a refund or replacement via email, and received a prompt response. Only a photo and my order number were requested in the response. I responded the next day, and after hearing nothing, I sent two more emails over the next few days. It's been 15 days and I still haven't heard anything. I eventually returned the defective bottle and requested a refund through Amazon. According to what I've seen, you may have a 50% chance of getting a decent product and 100% chance of getting abhorrent customer service.
I gave this water bottle three stars because I purchased it and it only kept my drink cold for about an hour or two. The company got in touch with me and offered me a refund or a replacement water bottle. The water bottle was the one I went with. I'm glad I did it. It had to be a fluke with my original. I'm guessing there was a leak in the vacuum seal. My new bottle keeps my drink ice cold all day and fits in my car cup holder, which is why I bought it in the first place, and it works perfectly!.
br>br>Throughout the day, I always carry a bottle of water with me. I prefer the larger bottles because I drink a lot of water and don't always have access to a water fountain at work or while traveling. I had a 32-ounce bottle before, but it was too big to fit in my cup holders or the sides of my car door. I went out of my way to find a water bottle in this shape, and I'm so glad I did. It now fits perfectly in my car cup holder (I drive a 2018 Jeep Cherokee) and keeps my water cold all day long. It can keep ice cubes for up to 12 hours. My water is always cold because of the 15-hour timer. br>br>The straw is simple to open and close, and the lid screws on securely, so I've never had a leak. Two reusable straws, a straw cleaner, and a second lid that functions more like a canteen without the straw are also included. The color is stunning, and the bottle is completely free of flaws. The handle makes carrying and transporting the bag a breeze, especially for someone like me who has a lot on her hands. br>br>My only complaint is that the bottle's height, combined with the small opening on top, makes cleaning the inside a little difficult; as a result, I end up rinsing it several times before soaking it in hot soapy water to clean it out. I don't use it for anything other than water, so cleaning it this way isn't too difficult. br>br>I adore this water bottle and cannot think of a better one to recommend! I promise it will not disappoint you if you purchase it.
I'd like to see more ACCESSORIES that are already packaged. These were purchased for my daughter and myself. They have a couple of features that I really like: the tapered bottom that fits in most cup holders, the fact that it still holds more than 30oz despite the taper, and - Let's face it, we're all a little bit cynical. The COLOR choices are fantastic. br>br>I wish it came with a paracord handle and silicone boot, as other bottle manufacturers do. In addition, I dislike straw-style caps. I appreciate the extra caps and straw brushes that came with the bottle, but I won't be using them. I had to buy FLIPtop caps separately, which came in a variety of colors that go well with these designs. Separately, I bought color-matched paracord handles and silicone boots. br>br>In terms of functionality, I have no complaints.
It's not terrible, but it's not outstanding. It's all right. Bought so that I could finally have a water bottle that would fit in my car's cupholder (and be portable). I used to drink from a Yeti 40 oz. This one isn't bad, but it's nothing special. It can hold ice, but not as much as the Yeti or Corksicle can. The straw inside is constantly loosening and needs to be "re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re- "joined". It isn't bad, but it isn't a Yeti or a Corksicle either.
