I like that it's leak-proof and keeps her food hot until lunchtime! I also like that it has a wide mouth so she can easily eat from it. I always fill the container halfway with boiling water, close the lid, and set it aside while I prepare her lunch. It warms up the container, allowing the food to stay hotter for longer. Even though the container is on its side for the majority of the day, I've packed everything from mac n' cheese to chili to chicken noodle soup in here without a single leak. I'd also like to point out that, despite the fact that the contents inside are scalding, the exterior remains cool to the touch. So far, it's been a great investment!.

I don't have access to a microwave at work, so I needed a way to keep hot meals warm during the day. So, after reading so many positive reviews about how well the LunchBots containers keep food hot for hours, I decided to buy two 12oz and one 8oz LunchBots containers. They don't, as it turns out - Even when kept in a lunch bag with insulation! LunchBots only keeps food warm at best; my meals were already boiling hot when I placed them in the containers. I also made sure not to fill above the seal line, as my oatmeal was warm (not hot) after only 2 hours and my lunch was lukewarm after 5 hours, necessitating the addition of boiling water to my lunch to bring it up to temperature. It is false advertising to claim that LunchBots can keep food warm for up to 6 hours. This product is a waste of money and a disappointment. The containers' wide mouths make it easy to eat food from them, which is one of their few redeeming qualities. They're also easier to hold while eating thanks to the grips. I just wish they could keep the hot food hot for as long as they said they would!.

I've packed lunches for my three children with it. For casseroles and macaroni and cheese, a five-year-old is required. school lunches with cheese and other warm-ups The only thing I wish was different about the container is that it would be better for me to have a more shallow and wide vessel, as this one is too tall and deep for me to reach all the way to the bottom with a utensil. I could have gone with the 8 oz size, which would have been more convenient, but I wanted more capacity.

The wide top on this thermos makes it extremely convenient. It keeps the food hot for a long time. While preparing the food to go in, I put boiling water inside, and it worked even better! This was a hit with my daughter, and the colors go well with the Gators' colors. She intends to take it with her to college! The best part is that, despite the fact that the top is made of plastic, it still looks great. There isn't a single piece of plastic in sight! It's also a long-lasting product - It was fine after I dropped it by accident. There isn't a scratch on it! Another fantastic Lunchbots product that I highly recommend!.

This is what I bring to work for lunch. I'm amazed at how long it keeps the heat in. At 4:20 p. m. , I start heating up my soup. 30 a. m. , and at 11 a. m. , I'll eat my lunch: At 30 a. m. , the steam from my food is still visible. I'm not sure where to begin when it comes to describing how fantastic this thermos is. I never expected it to keep my food so hot for such a long period of time. This is well worth the money, and it saves me time from having to heat up my lunch in a café, not to mention the fact that it is the perfect size.

This thermos is fantastic. I have a few in this size, as well as a few in larger sizes. The best feature is- It can be washed in the dishwasher. The seal is easy to remove for thorough cleaning, and no plastic comes into contact with the food. The most annoying feature is- When you put super hot food in it, it can 'overseal,' making it difficult to open. It would be nice if the lid and jar were a little more 'grippy' when it came to opening them. Overall, this is an excellent container.

We've always used Thermos brand products in our lunch boxes, but the kids frequently complain that the food is cold by the time they get to lunch. After doing some research, I discovered that this thermos and brand are effective at keeping food warm. I conducted a number of experiments on my own - I filled the two thermoses with boiling water and set them aside for the entire day - The boiling water was still super hot after 5 hours with this Thermos, which I double-checked. After that, I made a pasta lunch for my daughter. She didn't eat it for some reason, and the thermos returned full, but it was still warm when I opened it after 7 hours. I ran some tests and found that these thermoses keep food warmer for much longer than the numerous Thermos brand thermoses.

m. , 4 hours after I packed it, her soup, taco meat, or whatever else I've put in it is warm. When school lunch isn't appealing, this is a must-have item.
