We read a lot of reviews and considered a lot of different options before deciding to replace our broken wine fridge with this unit. We had a limited number of options due to the size of the hole in our cabinet. Overall, we're pleased with our decision; we've had it connected for two weeks and the temperature has remained consistent (some others have complained about this - We've had no problems so far). Another common complaint we came across was noise - However, I must mention that this device is extremely quiet - So maybe the people who are having problems don't know what their unit level is, or something? The drawers aren't as smooth as our old fridge's or as you might prefer, but they look nice and work. It's a minor flaw, but it's noticeable. Another issue is the lighting - It can only be turned on or off. I wish it had turned on as soon as I walked in the door. But, to be honest, This unit is well worth the investment, and our wine is in good spirits.

I couldn't be more pleased

I ordered a different brand from Amazon a few months ago. It appeared to be in good shape when it arrived, but one of the two cooling zones was broken. Efforts to provide technical support were unsuccessful. Despite the fact that the company contacted me, they only gave me minimal instructions and asked me to work on the back electrical panel. I decided to return the item, and Amazon's assistance was excellent. I chose the Smith and Hanks after looking at dozens of other refrigerators and am extremely happy with it. It arrived on time, was packaged securely but easily removed, and worked flawlessly right out of the box; both dual zones have remained on point, and it is a very quiet appliance (especially since it is located in a dual dining/living room). It's visually appealing and performs admirably. I did take out a bottom shelf to make it easier to fit and stack thick red wine bottles, and it worked out nicely. Smith and Hanks deserve a lot of credit for making such a fantastic film.

It works perfectly as a wine fridge, as far as I can tell. It is, however, extremely loud. It can be heard running, rattling, and buzzing from all over the house, including upstairs. br>br>As long as you're deafeningly deafeningly deafeningly deafenedly deafeningly deafeningly This product could be a good fit for you.

This beauty was just put in today. It has a sophisticated look to it. The foot pads for leveling were simple to install and adjust. It was simple to get started because the temperatures were already set. The order was delivered on time and in excellent condition.
