Questions & Answers
In mine, I keep several large bottles, up to five or six at a time.
China is where the wine refrigerator is made.
On the top two racks, 10 bottles will easily fit. I hope this information is useful.
I've had mine for over two and a half years and it's still in excellent condition. Wire racks that are level serve as shelves. You can put the bottles in either direction, and the racks keep them from rolling to one side or the other.

My presentation is excellent; I have a professional 200-word presentation. The build quality of this bottle fridge appears to be comparable to that of the previous one. The door closes smoothly and appears to be very solid overall. The temperature control is very effective. br>br> I was a little skeptical because this is a small fridge, and I was worried that the temperature would spike dramatically every time I opened it, or that it would take too long to return to normal. I was blown away by how quickly the thermostat responds and how consistent the temperature is, regardless of the weather. br>br>The only minor flaw is the level of noise. Don't get me wrong: this fridge belongs beneath a bar or other piece of furniture. Mine is set aside so that all of the noise from the back can be easily heard. Even so, it's fairly quiet at this point. It would be incredible if it were more silent, but that is probably just wishful thinking on my part. br>br>I am very pleased with my purchase.
The temperature controls did not work after the installation. It was simple to contact customer service, and Jeff quickly diagnosed the issue and scheduled delivery of a replacement unit. He assured us that the replacement unit would be thoroughly inspected before being sent out. The second unit arrived on time and is in perfect working order! It has a pleasant appearance and is well-suited to the available space. Jeff also made arrangements for the first unit to be picked up so that we would not be inconvenienced.
In our kitchen, it looks fantastic. Wine bottles of all shapes and sizes can be stored in the drawers.
The temperature is in good working order. It was difficult to set the temperatures, and they aren't the ones you want. The top and bottom are always within ten degrees of each other, so lowering the top past a certain point also lowers the bottom. I intended to use whites on the bottom and reds on the top, but the top is cooler than the bottom, and you can't flip it. I wanted my reds to be 55 degrees and my whites to be 40 degrees, but the temperature range won't allow for that. Unless you have super skinny bottles, you won't be able to stack more than three bottles on each row. There was a lot less capacity than I had anticipated. br>br>Because the shelves aren't on rollers, moving the racks out and in is a pain. Rather than trying to get the shelves to slide out, it's better to take the bottles out one at a time to examine the labels. However, if the fridge door is left open for more than a minute or so, the temperature quickly rises, and it takes a long time for the temperature to return to normal. For example, as I was inserting the bottle, the temperature crept up to 65 degrees from the set temperature of 55 and 45 degrees. It took hours for the temperature to return to the levels I had set. br>br>On the plus side, it looks nice and fits into the small 15'' space we had set aside.
I've been dissatisfied with a few things while remodeling my kitchen; One of them, however, has not been the Smith. Wine refrigerator with 32 bottles by Hanks. I couldn't be happier with everything, from the packaging to the installation to the operation! They've created a fantastic product that is quiet, simple to operate, and attractive, with nice sliding shelves.
This was exactly what I needed in terms of a small under-counter wine cooler. The company contacted me to explain the shipping procedures, and I received a call to schedule a delivery time, as well as a call to let me know when they expected to arrive. I'm very pleased with my purchase and plan to stock up soon! I'd recommend it!.
Someone please explain to me how you can fit 32 bottles inside? I put 25 and they all have to be standard bottles, and you can't pull the rack out due to the bottles. In any case, I like the design. My regular refrigerator and this one produce the same amount of noise. All of the 5-star reviews are difficult to comprehend.
This wine chiller is the ideal size for our butler's pantry, and it fits perfectly in the space we created when we remodeled the area (which was previously an unused wine rack). It is extremely quiet, and the temperature control is remarkably consistent and precise. The dual climate for whites and reds is very simple to manage and set.
