We've had our beverage refrigerator for a week and are extremely pleased with it. 18 bottles of wine, 15 monsters, 15 cans of beer, 6 bottles of water, and 8 cans of pop were stored in the refrigerator. It is quiet and makes an excellent addition to our kitchen.
UPDATE: When I emailed the company directly, they refunded the full cost of the item and sent me a 10% discount code to purchase a new one. The new version is fantastic! Its ability to hold wine, beer, and cans is fantastic. It looks fantastic in my newly renovated kitchen. We received this item and installed it according to the manufacturer's instructions. We let it sit upright for 24 hours before plugging it in, but it is still not working. Because of the COVID 19 pandemic in the United States, Amazon is not responding to emails or phone calls about faulty products at this time. It began to warm up as soon as you plugged it in, the temperature rising and the smell of burning plastic/electrical wires. Nothing changed after we left it on for several hours. br>br>We are disappointed that this product did not work because we invested a significant amount of money in it. We read a lot of the reviews and were excited to put it in our newly remodeled kitchen as a focal point. We have friends who have purchased your products in the past and have been extremely satisfied with the quality. br>br>We'd like a replacement product sent to us, or we'd like a refund for this item. It's inexcusable that this product arrived at our house and failed to work after being installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
So far, this has been an excellent unit. Update. It's a little noisy, but it's still great. br>br> The refrigerator won't go below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Who wants a beer that is 50 degrees Fahrenheit warm? I've only had it for three months and this is already happening. Let's see how or if the company responds; if they do, I'll update this post.
I liked the look, but it didn't last. It had a very appealing appearance. It was a little noisy, and I was surprised that the unit's light was only meant to be turned on for a short time. In June, I heard a strange metallic noise, as if the fan was colliding with something. The air conditioner had stopped working and none of the lights were working. I'm back in the market for a wine cooler. Amazon, on the other hand, was a pleasure to work with. They gave me a refund.
Sweats profusely, resulting in puddles on the floor. Customer service says it's a natural occurrence and that I should raise the temperature. On the beverage side, it's already at 46 degrees, and I've put baking soda in the fridge with no effect. I'm going to give one of those large silicone bead packs a shot right now. After doing some more research, I discovered that there are wine/beverage coolers with heated glass doors. This isn't one of them. This is not the place to go if you're looking for luxury.
I set the temperatures on both sides once it was up and running, and it worked perfectly for about a month. I noticed two days ago that the temperature would not drop below 54 degrees, despite the fact that it had previously been around 45 degrees, so I turned it off, let it sit for a while, and then turned it back on. Overnight, the temperature dropped only 2 degrees and refused to drop any further. I've reached out to the company; I'll wait to hear back. My return option is set to expire in a few days, so if I don't hear from them before then, I'll file a return and update this review.
Constantly emits a humming sound; I just installed it, and it makes a very loud and eerie noise that I have to listen to all the time.
I followed the directions and let it sit for a day before turning it on. I started it up and set the temperatures on both sides, and it was at temperature on both sides in a matter of hours. It is a very quiet machine. So far, I've been very pleased. I needed a system that could run under the counter, so I went with this one because of its features.
