It is pointless to offer support. After doing a lot of research on different brands, I decided to go with this one. I needed a unit with a door that could be flipped to swing from the left side, which was a deal breaker for me. Fortunately, a user review said it was, so I purchased it. There was no mention of reversibility in the user manual when I received it, and a cursory inspection revealed no easy way to reverse the hinges. So I emailed info@bodega. com with a question. com in accordance with their manual, and received a response from treeserviceusa01, who thanked me and sent me a copy of the user manual the next day, but did not respond to my question. This was clearly a canned response, which I pointed out in my response, and I asked them to look into how to reverse the door. After a week, they responded that the door is not reversible, according to their engineer. Meanwhile, I'd figured out how to reverse the door and had done so relatively quickly (see instructions below). Clearly, they had not conducted any research or consulted with an expert. As a result, I would give their after-sales service a poor rating for this item. Here are the steps for anyone who wants to reverse the door.
1. Remove the two black plastic hinge covers, one at the top and one at the bottom, while the door is open. With the help of a small pry tool, these can be easily removed. The purpose is to keep the hinge pins from slipping out of place, which is only an issue with the upper hinge pin.
2. Remove the hinge pins while maintaining control of the door. THE DOOR IS LARGE AND HEAVY. It's possible that you'll need assistance.
3. You'll only need to move the hinges to the other side, the bottom roller support to the other side, and the door's locking tab to the other side now that the door is off the hinges; all of these things have holes and cover tabs.
4. Replace the hinge pins and pin covers, then rehang the door on the new hinges. This step is a little tricky because it requires someone to hold the door steady while the upper hinge pin is inserted.
5. You're done when you take off the upside-down Bodega badge from the door.

  This wine fridge is perfect for my husband and me. The dual temperature feature is fantastic for keeping the top section much cooler than the bottom. This allows you to place white and sparkling wines on top and reds on the bottom. The bottle capacity is also quite large, at 56 bottles, with a special spot at the bottom for even the largest sizes. The breathable wooded slats in each drawer slide out. To save space and pack in tight, place your bottle from head to toe. br>When I first opened the package, I noticed that everything was well-packaged and secure. They delivered everything on a pallet, with tape and styrofoam holding everything together. You'll be relieved to learn that none of the tape leaves any marks or residue. Only the handle needs to be attached and then plugged in. I'd say the top was down in the low 40s in about 30 minutes (it's as cool as 41, so you could put some regular cold drinks there as well). br>This does come with a lock option, which may be useful if you have some valuable bottles or simply want to keep your teenagers or spouses out. The unit is extremely quiet and has a blue led light that you can turn on or off.

At this point, you've made a great decision. The box arrived damaged, which is not uncommon in today's shipping. There was no actual product damage because the contents were well packaged with enough foam insulation. Fridge works great, cools quickly and keeps temperatures within a reasonable range, looks great, is very quiet, and holds more wine than my current more expensive built-in fridge of similar dimensions. The photos of products on the internet are extremely accurate. This is a model that I would buy again. br>Newsflash - I went out and bought another one! We bought one for our Florida home because we liked the first one so much!.

It's only been 48 hours since it arrived, but I'm already in love with it. In comparison to two previous dual zone wine fridges, one of which was 100 bottles side by side and quite expensive, and the other of which was 33 bottles under the counter, this one feels the most elegant, both in terms of appearance and functionality. It's a bit on the pricey side, but it's well worth it (I Hope).

This cooler has been in my possession for six months. Until now, it had been working flawlessly. The temperature is no longer displayed in the upper zone, and the entire unit is no longer functional. I'm waiting for a response from Bodega on this. Due to the holidays, I had a full refrigerator of wine. br>br>Update 12/22/21: The good news is that the manufacturer responded within 24 hours via Messenger. We had 48 hours to run a few tests, take photos, and arrange for a new replacement unit to be shipped in time for Christmas. Everything has now been restored. Thank you very much, Bodega.

It's too early to write a proper review because I only got it a week ago. Looks great, is extremely quiet, has simple controls, and is capable of standing alone. I expected something to be damaged because the packing carton was a complete mess, but to my surprise, everything was fine. Unfortunately, the delivery people left it on my walkway without giving me any notice, so I had to hire someone to help me move it inside. br>So far, I'm very pleased with this wine fridge.

We keep the lights on all the time, there's a lot of storage, and it's simple to set up. up, very quiet, keeps bottles at the temperature you set for each zone on a consistent basis.
